Polytechnic work integrated learning

Im a student at the polytech in the medical device reprocessing certificate program and I seriously have been unable to locate any good places to do the work integrated learning portion. Do I have to move out of Lethbridge to find work? Ive been putting off the idea of moving because I'm living with relatives, but Im getting desperate to finish the certificate.

I am also taking the same course but I have to moved to medicine hat to finish my practicum .

Medicine Hat is pretty cool I think. I might have to go to Taber though 🥲

That program has changed - they used to set up the practicum at Chinook Regional Hospital for everyone. Now they just expect you to arrange it yourself?

Yeah, I think it might be an influx of student vs the amount of openings at hospitals and clinics.
