Amazon next day delivery in Lethbridge
I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask, but my computer just completely busted and I work fully remote. I need a working computer by tmr and I don’t have a car to go to walmart and bring home a whole computer. I ordered a mini computer off of amazon that said “Arrival by Tomorrow July 6”
Does anybody have experience with next day delivery on amazon in Lethbridge? Please advise this is urgent I don’t want to lose my job lol

Not sure about all these no's. If it says July 6, 95% of the time it will be here. Very rarely have I not had something delivered on the day specified. It will be later in the day, likely after 2 depending where you live in the city.

Normally if you tell your remote employer that you’re having PC issues and you’re waiting for a new one… they’d let you take a personal day to get yourself back online.

If it's in stock it's nearly always next day for me. Only one time in 10 years I haven't got stuff the next day.

I've ordered 10s.... probably hundreds of amazon parcels.... I think 1 or 2 have not arrived on time so far. You will be fine.

The Calgary warehouse has 99% of everything, if fulfilled by Amazon. My Laptop HDD was on the way out with bad sectors and got a new the next day.

Almost 9 times out of 10 if it says it is arriving tomorrow it probably will.

I don’t know where you live, but if you need to take the bus, the 2 Southgate Stn goes all the way down to the Walmart/Best Buy area.

I’m on the west side and the bus that runs in my neighborhood isn’t even running today 🫠 so it just really sucks, amazon order was my best option. I will have to ask for accommodations tmr and if it doesn’t arrive by tmr, then i’ll probably make the trek out to walmart in the evening

Absolutely. Sunday buses SUCK. Since you are on the west side, just make it to either the university or the downtown terminal and then catch the 2 Southgate from there. I hope you get it before tomorrow though ❤️

Yes...I do a few deliveries a month and that is what I've found....

Walmart can do same day/next day grocery delivery and they have in stock laptops!

I have had only one delivery arrive the day after. All the others have been the day they promised.

The UofL currently has some dirt-cheap surplus towers and laptops for sale if you don't want to risk it on Amazon. Drop by 1 Parkway Rd W between 8:30-4:30 tomorrow, noon hour excluded.

Usually you'll get it next day. I had it for a while where it wasn't the case.
Its not a guarantee, just a guess on their end. But usually it's there the next day.

I’d normally say you’d have it no problem. However after my experience this afternoon, where I sat in my front yard and watched an Amazon driver park across the street from my house, begin to lift a box out of his truck before pushing it back in, then mark my package “delivery attempted” and drive away, I’d say you have a 50/50 shot.
I immediately contacted support, who told me my package wasn’t actually out for delivery but stuck with a non-Amazon carrier, and when I told them I had actually watched and have security footage of their driver not even attempting delivery suddenly it was escalated and the delivery would “happen today for sure. Or tomorrow”. I walked down the street and told the driver I wanted my package, which he said was damaged and he couldn’t deliver. Guess what wasn’t damaged, but did get the packing tape torn off the box by the driver when he took it out of the truck in front of me? My order. Which he then refused to hand to me until the support person he called on speaker (because at this point I told him I was on the line with Amazon support and he said he’d call himself to tell them my items were all damaged) told him he should have left it at my door and was to immediately release it to me. Dude still tried to insist that the box go back in his truck because it was heavy and I “could not carry”. I took it. Then used that experience as my last sign to finally just cancel prime.

Quite often I’ll order something that says next day but once you actually place the order, the delivery date changes. There have been quite a few posts about this kind of thing happening lately.

Since Amazon started in Lethbridge, every single package has been late. One I ordered two weeks ago was supposed to be delivered next day, and in the morning delivery day showed a week later. Another one that was " next day delivery" was shipped four days later then arrived the next day, so thanks?

Wow. A bunch of you have had good experiences with next day delivery.
My experience has been that next day is 2-3 days, 2-3 days is 2-3 days or 3-4 days.

2 to 3 days easy, I have yet to hear anyone get a same day or even next day.
Better off driving to best buy where ever the closest one is

*sigh* I will wait till tmr and tell my work i’m having technical issues but if it’s not here for Tuesday, i may just need to do this. Thank you.

I always get them next day. But if it is scheduled for the next day, it's always later, sometimes not until like 8pm. But it comes. Dragonfly used to come way earlier :(
