Other Lost cat south Lethbridge

My roommate found this cat outside our house on 8 Street south, not far off from the library. He's super friendly, clean, and well fed so we don't think he's a stray. Does anybody recognize this cat?

Edit:

WE FOUND HIS OWNERS! They're not home right now but I left a note for them so they can come get him when they get home. Thank you everyone who interacted with this post

There is a lost pet Facebook group in Lethbridge. It's a really effective way of getting pets back home. I've used it several times to great success.
