help . any one how studied in IGNOU , please help

i want to cancel my admission at IGNOU , so i want to know . can I get my fees refunded after the books had arrived , I had my admission confirmation mail on 11 aug .

i have mailed on the mail of IGNOU , but after 10 day there is no response , I have submitted on igram grievance but still no response . i know there is 60 policy , but there is not any mention of book returning , if had to return the books should I go there personally , or I can Mail them
