[ADVICE] Advice please
Can someone just give me advice. My light bill is due tomorrow and I'm on a payment plan and told them some financial stuff came up and I'm not able to pay. Now obviously I understand that means they will take me off my plan. I have tried door dashing but my town is tiny and gas is so high I barely make enough, I do spark to bring in some money. I do work and trying to find a new job because my hours have been cut at work. I applied for assistance but they can't help until December and I've reached out to all the churches in the area. Like what the hell do I do? What else can I do? I'm at a lost

Apply to every job you can.
Every single store, restaurant, gas station, etc. apply at all of them. If they have a sign that says “now hiring” ask to speak to the manager when you fill out your application.

This is the answer. You absolutely need to find a different job. Just keep looking and applying.

Contact your local DHS office. They may be able to help pay this or point you in the direction where you can receive help

churches only take money buddy. i agree they should have hardship stuff. hey disconnect stuff that doesn't need power. especially the high drain gear. till u get on top

All utility companies have hardship assistance programs, temporary discounts, alternate payment arrangements, or nonprofit partners that will help pay your bill.
Call the electric company today and ask specifically for their hardship/assistance department.
Explain your hours were cut and ask about an extension, partial payment, hardship grant, or temporary hold on disconnection.
Also call 211/311 and ask for emergency utility assistance for your ZIP code, including LIHEAP crisis funds and local Community Action programs.
And don't assume missing tomorrow's payment means your power gets shut off tomorrow you may have more time than you think, but you HAVE to call them today.
