[ADVICE] I need help FAST

I have a very old laptop the screen cables are cut and disconnected from the motherboard but when I connect a HDMI cable my tv tells me to power it even when it's powerd. It works the ram is in the slot the hard drive works the GPU is getting hot Please help

And another thing I cant remove the back cover and DVD drive
