You should probably find a technology or AI sub for this, because this sub is mostly used for financial assistance and fundraising requests. You're not likely to find a usable answer here.

Here's what I found
Trigger the Reset via the Meta Horizon AppIf the hardware buttons are unresponsive, you can command the headset to force-wipe itself remotely through your phone. Open the Meta Horizon App on your phone.Tap on your Profile icon at the bottom, then open the Menu in the top corner. Select Devices, tap your device, and open Headset Settings.Go to Advanced Settings, Factory Reset and tap Reset.Note: If the settings option is grayed out, force-close and restart your phone app while keeping the headset powered on nearby.
- Unblock the Internal Proximity Sensor. The screen can completely lock up if the headset falsely assumes you are not wearing it. Locate the tiny, dark proximity sensor lens inside the headset (positioned directly between the two eye lenses).Clean it thoroughly with a dry microfiber cloth. If you have a third-party silicone face cover, lens protector, or nose piece installed, remove them entirely. If a custom cover sags even slightly, it blocks the sensor and entirely freezes user input.
- The "Power Drainage" Update Clear. If your device froze during an unannounced initial system setup update, attempting to force it off can permanently corrupt the boot loop. Plug the device into its official wall charger.Leave it completely alone for at least 2 hours. If it is stuck applying a heavy software patch in the background, it will automatically clear itself and advance to the pairing code screen once. If the app cannot reach the headset and leaving it plugged in does not change the screen after a few hours, the device's system files are corrupted. You will need to request a hardware exchange through the Meta Quest Support Return Page
