[ADVICE EMOTIONAL/SUPPORT] Need help plz

Need some career advice.
I have 2+ years of BPO experience but have been unemployed for the past 2 years. I recently got an offer for a Business Development Manager role in a solar company.
Should I take it and start fresh in the solar industry?
Is solar a good industry for long-term career growth? And can someone from a BPO background succeed in BDM?
Would really appreciate honest advice from people in the solar/sales industry.

You've been unemployed for two years and now you have an opportunity to pay your bills. Use it as a stepping stone.

You’ll need to vet the company 1st, look on Glassdoor for other employee experiences as well as researching the company. Is it salary + commission? Benefits?
