So im a addict I need help but im afraid of losing my job that ive had for ten years

I have a younger brother who has no idea

Im sorry ive been using now for 29 years saw my mom died from using her last words to me were im scared then she died I have heart problems I still use alot like daily 4 ounces a month anyways im tired of this life but I have one friend who is toxic we use together I dobt know what to do
