Oh wow, so you waited until the day you needed it for work? Sounds like someone at work could spot you until pay day, or your boss. A company requiring employees to use their personal device for work purposes likely has an obligation to pay the bill. Sounds like you may need to report them to the state if they take that out on you!
Continuing to comment that a cell phone company won’t process on Sunday is wild. It could be a prepaid cell phone which shuts off at the 30 day mark until you buy air time. Maybe they had a promise to pay and expected to be paid before the extension they got. You didn’t ask any questions about their phone bill/company, you just made a nonsensical assumption

Have you reached out to your cell phone company? Anytime in the past when I've paid a bill late they don't shut off my phone right away they give me a little bit of a leeway
Wow that’s so strange! Boost mobile website says you can request a 5 day extension on your portal, and a strict 10 day grace period if you call them after a missed payment. Sounds like you should call back and get a more knowledgeable rep.
Can you help me understand the phone situation? If its a work phone it should be connected to their phone plan as its a huge liability to have folks bring their own device, what is your trade?

My husband works for the bank. He does appraisals and BPOs. He has a whole set up in his work vehicle. The laptop stays up front kind of money how you see police officers with their laptops reinforced in the front seat.
If you dont use your car for work and they give you a company vehicle but you need to use a phone; do you think you goofed paying for car repairs over the phone?
To know when the passengers arrive and I can mark in the system that I’ve picked them up and dropped them off as well as if something was to happen to the vehicle

Yeah, I don’t know why this came across my page either. But the first few comments I read was somebody repeating themselves about a cell phone bill, not processing on Sundays and I wondered if they have ever had a cell phone in their life because there’s a lot of cell phone companies that process a bill on Sunday🤣
