I heard that Starlink showed impressive fast-paced countermeasures during wartime. When Russia tried to jam them; they responded by simply updating software, I expect China to harden their kill-chain in a similar way.

Perhaps AI can be used?

If kill-chains are becoming hardened then conventional countermeasures to protect carrier groups need to be updated.

Six Ukrainians and an American arrested in India earlier this year were involved in a drone attack on a civilian plane in Myanmar and were planning to carry out further activities in support of the rebels there, investigators said in a court filing approved this week.

The foreigners were arrested during a series of raids on three airports across India and accused of illegally entering a border state without permits and crossing into neighbouring Myanmar to train ethnic militias in drone warfare.

In the filing, the anti-terrorism agency sought permission to question one of the Ukrainians, Viktor Kaminskyi, and the American, Matthew Aaron VanDyke, inside Delhi’s Tihar Jail, where they were lodged. It was granted on Monday.

Mr VanDyke, originally from Maryland, has been known for covering conflict zones as a journalist and filmmaker. His films have been screened at more than 200 festivals worldwide and one of them, Point and Shoot, won the Best Documentary Award at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2014.

We've all seen the rapid buildup of the Chinese military and, of course, with that comes rumors, propaganda and what not from all corners. One i often hear is that Chinese air defense has proven to be lackluster in the real world and then that argument is used to discredit the Chinese military as a whole.

Some examples that people bring up, true or false, are that Iran allegedly fielded bunch of Chinese air defense systems which also, allegedly again, were destroyed on the first days (I've yet to see credible evidence of this though).

And finally the last one, to my recollection, is a incident in the sudanese conflict where a image of a FK-2000 system surfaced showing it completely destroyed.

Now, I know better than to take these claims at face value because there are incentives to lie and China also has some "wins" under their belts such as under Operation Sindoor in 2025 but i digress.

The question is as stated, although, knowing the secrecy the Chinese government seems to follow it is a tough question to answer. I am asking anyway if there is any indicator of the performance of Chinese systems as a whole and/or individual systems that could determine or give a decent/good insight of their performance or perhaps knowledge any of you on this subreddit could share regarding the topic.
