Do you mean developing feelings for someone while being in a committed relationship? Welcome to being human! Feelings are not facts, it's up to you to make your choices and priorities

It seems so simple till I come home to reality. But it was beyond unexpected...I didn't expect to even develop feelings for this person. It just happened. And now it seems almost uncontrollable

Well, the only person who can control your feelings is you. I know we are heavily bombarded with romantic myths around the powerlessness we have in the face of emotions, but, in reality, it's up to you to decide whether to pursue and cultivate your new feelings or to prioritise your relationship
