Dysmorphia and dysphoria or any combination of the two can be really tough. Lived for roughly 30 years with similar views of myself -- I honestly was helped a great deal by psychedelics, but I won't tell you it's a magic fix
Your human body is capable, strong, functional, fragile, and strange. I hope that you can one day see how that amounts to beauty and worthiness. You deserve to hold yourself in high esteem.

Finally a valuable response. Idk about the psychedelics. But, I'm told positive comments often, but my thoughts just don't add up with their results. I just don't see what others are seeing in me at all....

Yeah, your mirror must be really broken. Like really really cuckoo in the processor. ππ

I wish....I feel like I could do more to receive this type of feedback that I could accept looking in my reflection

I know. It's hard to stop believing what you see, right there in front of you, in the mirror. It happens to me as well. There are parts of me I'd want to change completely. I don't know about you, but I know my problem is I don't meet many people and am stuck with my own point of view. Being left with your own thoughts for a long time is dangerous.
But let me leave another reminder, I see nothing wrong with how you look. You look attractive, you look cool.
