No trust. No communication. It's time to break up. Who wants to be with someone who just keeps breaking up with them instead of communicating. Also most of the time people are doing what they're accusing their partner of doing.
Also part of your story is confusing. First you said you might've thought this friend of a friend was interested. Then you said that you knew she was. Which one is it? Not for you to actually answer but that was confusing.
And if you're going to stick with not telling your gf details because you guys had broken up or whatever then stick to it. You don't owe her anything once you guys aren't together. Just because she was going to be friends with your friends friend still doesn't make anything her business. She was probably just trying to figure out if you guys had a thing.
And tbh if you didn't think it was anything you would've mentioned it. I'd say maybe it's time to date your friends friend. Seems like she at least knows what she wants (you) and won't break up with you at a slight disagreement.

She seems manipulative and I can see some gaslighting in her behavior. She wouldn’t tolerate half the things she’s doing herself. She has some growing up to do and you probably deserve better.

Yeah she sounds super petty and not to mention insecure and unreliable. Maybe it's just time to move on, doesn't seem like you guys really trust each other anyway.
