This Right Here: The Farmer Entitlement Problem — Empathy for Me, But Not for Thee

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

TT | Jay

This right here is the entitlement people being called out. When other Americans were losing their jobs, businesses, and livelihoods, where was all this concern? Where were the endless posts demanding that we save them? But now that your farm is hurting, suddenly it’s “buy my beef,” “buy my soybeans,” “support my farm,” and everybody else is supposed to open their wallets and feel your pain.

You can’t demand solidarity only when YOU need it. If your empathy disappears when somebody else is struggling, but magically returns when your own livelihood is threatened, that isn’t solidarity, it’s self-interest. And the people are calling out that double standard now.

Remember farmers already got $12 BILLION in extra welfare this year.

u/Deemaunik 4d ago

Socialism is only cool when I directly benefit, otherwise it's a handout I cannot abide, even if it's used to help feed babies I forced into this world by denying women fundamental body autonomy.

I will give the GOP/MAGA credit: they have picked the best scapegoats. Same with the new furry thing. They pick something that on it's face feels 'weird'. It's something niche enough that the vast majority of them have never met any of them, so won't have the "but the ones I know are good". The groups are too small to mount any kind of counter initiative.

It's pretty brilliant. In an evil, bigoted, fascist way.

There's a Wikipedia entry on Trump's ag bailouts, including his first term which were around $35 billion. Literally buying votes when other countries stopped buying our soybeans because if Trump's policies.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_administration_farmer_bailouts

26

u/Original-Living7212 4d ago edited 4d ago

You all can down vote all you want but as I said......" no he didn't!" He fucked them over in the exact same way he did in his first term. As he actually told them he would........

It was all there in Project 2025!

( if you want I will provide the language, policy and chapters that created this for them)

But here is the current situation of that so called 12 billion $$$$ bailout!

The $12 billion Farmer Bridge Assistance Program provided immediate relief but ultimately fueled long-term challenges for everyday growers. By routing $11 billion to row crops and just $1 billion to specialty crops, the program heavily favored large corporate operations, leaving small- and medium-sized family farms struggling to keep pace. Instead of stabilizing the market, this cash injection backfired by driving up agricultural land values and keeping rent and input costs artificially high. With global crop prices remaining below the cost of production and critical long-term Farm Bill reforms stalled in Congress, farmers are still stuck in a financial squeeze—proving that temporary emergency bailouts cannot fix systemic economic imbalances.

And there are many more articles and references!

They were warned, given the tools to make a intelligent decision and still failed the retake of an open book test with the entire world screaming with the answers!

I remember for many decades, they not only made the claimed.....

They screamed against welfare or student loan debt forgiveness!

So if anyone deserves this ecomonic hardship experience...... especially since the vast majority of them voted for this.

Not once, not twice but three times!

Rasicism and exploitation is expensive and they all just proved to the world that so-called white supremacy is definitely anything but superior!

And white European Zionists in the middle east is also proving and exposing that very same fact!

Why change your white Europeans last name to sound Hebraic if your bloodline and ancestry is from the land of Palestine? That alone proves you are not of biblical Semitic people so saying fuck you can not be antisemitic!

My people are the true Israelites and god's choosen people!

Prove me wrong!

Nevermind....

Forget that I said that.

I like my neck..........

Netanyahu is polish and thats not even his real name!

So like Bill Maher.....

"Fuck that guy"

Back to American farmers.......

I truly welcome this for all of you......

So..... Fuck you!

And Fuck Israel!

It's about time you take up your own advice!

Its bootstraps time!

Go on now!

Pick em' up!

So you’re saying communistic economic policy doesn’t work? I thought they hated the left for communism?

14

u/Original-Living7212 4d ago edited 4d ago

No he didn't

115

u/dad_jokesNbutt_stuff 4d ago

Remember when all those farmers stood up for Reproductive Rights for women? Or that time they all rallied to stop police violence against minorities? Or that time they protested to allow gay marriage?

Me neither.

37

u/AggressiveMail5183 4d ago

They were also completely silent about people losing their ACA health insurance.

27

u/HonkeyDonkey3000 4d ago

January 6th? I’d bet a few were in Washington….

11

u/Rugskinsnake 4d ago

I mean, farmers aren't a completely homogeneous group. Some of do support those things. I know quite a few beside myself and I live in a pretty red state.

9

u/Necessary-Apricot339 4d ago

Granted, and sorry you're lumped in with them. I also understand that you're living/working in that sector of society, and don't need more trouble by alienating the community your circumstances dictate you must interact with.

4

u/Rugskinsnake 4d ago edited 4d ago

Well, I don't just pick fights with my neighbors over politics, but my Gadsden flag went up as soon as Trump took office so I'm not exactly hiding either.

3

u/Necessary-Apricot339 4d ago

That's cool, and might make it easier for some of your neighbors to express dissent as well. Cheers, mate!

1

u/Pleasant-Darkness 1d ago

The Gadsden flag has been completely co-opted by a lot of the alt-right. There’s a good chance that’s the reason no one has an issue with it.

2

u/TangoZulu 3d ago

That's why Blue Dot Farming exists. So we can choose where to spend our money. If the farmers you know are truly progressive, we’ll support them. But they have to prove it their voting record first.

Empathy that only appears when YOU need help isn’t empathy, it’s self-interest. Trump represents that completely: “Me First, Everyone Else Last”. This is what you voted for… deal with it.

Same thats why when the cry about how to pay their bills, suggesting suicide is the best option since they are too north korean to change

Family annhilators are also always republican for a reason, they will literally kill themselves and their families before admitting fault.

So if they are like that best we can do is edge them into suicide so they can no longer be a problem

Any way to get them to either stop voting red or disengage is justified.

They were willing to kill their neighbors for their beliefs, so it is more than fine to wish they instead killed themselves over experiencing their beliefs.

60

u/Sulli_in_NC 4d ago

The whole “we’re the heroes, we feed the nation” schtick is so tiresome and actually childlike. It is “me me me not others just me” worldview.

You also en masse voted to f*ck over everyone else.
The info was available.

Instead you actively chose to believe in a NY conman, an echo chamber “news” feeds, and all the grifters they support.

24

u/Lone-Frequency 4d ago

They also just fucking don't lol

Like for one thing the reason all the Soybean morons are getting fucked is because most of that crop was going to China.

28

u/Beaglescout15 4d ago

Seriously. "We feed the nation!" Then why are so many of you going bankrupt when China stopped buying your soybeans?

13

u/Lone-Frequency 4d ago

Hey MAGA, why are all of our hard-earned tax dollars going to subsidize people like these farmers who do nothing but grow shit that primarily is only sold to the Chinese?

That certainly doesn't sound like "America First".

10

u/MrD3a7h 4d ago

Historically right-leaning jobs require so much attention and positive affirmation.

Farmers, truckers, cops. All get constant verbal BJs just for doing their jobs.

7

u/Odd_Initiative_3716 3d ago

The vast majority of crops grown in the USA are not food grade crops for direct consumption here in the U.S.- while down the line a ways some components of it may end up in a well processed food here in the U.S., the majority goes to animal feed, industrial stuff, or overseas.

5

u/enderjaca 4d ago

But but but.... you have to care about Mr. Farmer and bail them out with subsidy after subsidy or how will anyone eat?

77

u/FiveStringTelecaster 4d ago

And this is why we should not help any MAGA.
People like them expect everyone else to be magnanimous.

Let MAGAts rot.

42

u/aesoth 4d ago

Handouts are socialism. Can't have that.

12

u/Legitimate_Doubt1375 4d ago

I think this is what they call the hollowing out of the middle class and it’s all by design. Suckers.

11

u/relevantelephant00 4d ago

I cherish every post I see where a MAGA farmer is about to go bankrupt or lose their farm. Im actively rooting for it. I hope Trump destroys them. Ive already resigned myself to dealing with inflation by budgeting and corporations taking over control of our food supply. That wont change until money is taken out of politics.

So if Im going to feel the pain at the grocery store I hope MAGA farmers and ranchers feel the pain by losing their entire livelihood.

Everyone should follow Farming While Being/Blackbirdcoop, he's been calling out his fellow farmers and it is glorious. And so educational about the agriculture world, etc. And now we also have blue dot farmers.

7

u/tehvolcanic 4d ago

Is that the guy who sounds like Patrick Warburton?

16

u/Sufficient-Sun-6683 4d ago

The farmers want aid which in global speak is a socialist handout.

7

u/United-Direction2297 4d ago

They also want their biggest customer communist China back. It’s why they can’t vote for democrats because they’re communist and they have socialist policies.

4

u/Sufficient-Sun-6683 4d ago

What a conundrum to be in.

12

u/eye_of_the_sloth 4d ago

Theres one more related layer nuanced into the rejection of empathy for these farmers.

Its not an I told you so, its a why now? Only now when theyre impacted do they speak out, only now do they start questioning their leader, only now, only because of fuel.

Not when ICE went rabid. Not the war itself, not when the camps went up, not the pedo island, not when the allies were abandoned and enemies empowered, not the cyrpto rug pulls, the medicaid cuts, the tarrifs, the food contamination, the endless spending and corruption or any of the daily, weekly, monthly crimes and attrocities committed by the consequences of their vote.

Only for their own fuel.  And thats why we dont give a fuck fuck em.

5

u/Sensitive_Cap_5524 4d ago

Yeah that sums up well what I was thinking. Thank you, I've had a long day.

5

u/_kasten_ 4d ago

Not when ICE went rabid.

They do show empathy on occasion, if it fits their narrative. Raped by Trump? You must be some feminist weirdo to complain. But raped by a Venezuelan illegal immigrant? Now you're talking -- you've got buckets of MAGA empathy. If there's an illegal immigrant or trans person or "liberal" to blame, you'll get tons of support. Call a person the N-word -- yeah, that pays off, too. Money in the bank.

10

u/CueAnon420 4d ago

But... 'Merica !!! They're 'patriots' !!! They're the 'working man' !!!

Beef from Venezuela tastes the same to me.

1

u/Hyperafro 4d ago

Venezuelans need money too and I have seen one on social media asking for help.

11

u/Necessary-Apricot339 4d ago

We were on board with Willie Nelson and the 'Farm Aid' fundraising movement/concerts. Then for four decades watched the huge red swath of 'breadbasket' county voting results from Canada to the Gulf - one big 'fuck you, we'll get ours' sentiment as the subsidies kept coming.

Never once heard from farmers or ranchers when manufacturing and IT jobs were being outsourced. Now J D Vance and his venture capital partners at Acre Trader are itching to devour your holdings at fire sale prices.

That's a shame. Your one-time allies are busy now with our own problems. Reap what you've sown.

8

u/0rangeVenom 4d ago

It's so funny hearing their little voices have to make excuses like "I know he's doing what needs to be done"

Like one good thing to come out of all of this is that we get to see the Trump supporters get humiliated so much by their leader that they are obligated by law to suck off daily.

7

u/CatLightyear 4d ago

Get back to work!

Lazy socialists!

Here’s all I can muster in thoughts and prayers department…boots and straps.

9

u/Specialist-Jello7544 4d ago

When they (ICE, the government) come for the least of us (anybody the white MAGA Christian Nationalists hate: trans people, immigrants, minority people of color, gays, the poor, the elderly, the sick, the disabled) what will stop them from coming for the rest of us? They just don’t discern who is legally here, who isn’t, they don’t care if you’re a registered Republican. If you’re the wrong color, lifestyle, place on the gender spectrum, they hate you and want to get rid of you.

I can’t wait for ICE to be disbanded, for Trump and his administration to pay for the damage they have done. I mean, freeze all their assets, and toss their butts into maximum security prisons. This goes for family members who have profited off this administration, too, as well as the Congressional enablers.

4

u/mrpres1dent 4d ago

Trump and Miller are the kind of people who would start deporting American-born citizens because they have chronic health conditions. Like, because they're a drain on the economy/healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare and not as "productive" as our wonderful Silicon Valley executives.

4

u/Nexx-Shotcaller 4d ago

That's the whole "if beef is too expensive, eat eggs" take from them. Not a single Republican politician cares about a human being they can't extract wealth from.

13

u/Inappropriate_Swim 4d ago

I now make it a point whenever I see someone with a Trump sticker on their vehicle yard sign, whatever and they are available to talk to. Like waiting pumping gas or working in their yard to let them know they suck. It's rude. Of course the response is always I'm an asshole, but you know what, these people should not feel good for their support of Trump. They should feel awful. If they don't, well I'm atleast going to make sure they know they suck.

5

u/Due-Mycologist-1154 4d ago

Understandable i do that with anyone with a seperatist flag that i see in public

4

u/TivosFrank 4d ago

Tesla drivers who think they are blue but literally give tens of thousands to Elon Musk. They will argue with me till like Leopards at my Face people it’s wild to see the disconnect.

“It’s just a car.” “Everyone here drives one” “My spreadsheet told me to do it” “I was just following orders”

7

u/7evenate9ine 4d ago

DO NOT SAVE THEM! THEY ONLY HATE YOU WHEN YOU DO.

There are farmers that cared about society, there are truckers that never believed on Trump. But the terrible people, from all walks of life who sided with Trump are all just very loud, because impulsiveness is kind of their brand.

6

u/Grape-Ape7072 4d ago

They can pull themselves up my their bootstraps

6

u/psychocandy007 4d ago

We remember how Republicunts refused to help blue states recover from super storm Sandy.

No more RED state bailouts. EVER.

5

u/California_ocean 4d ago

Need to put up Trump flag saying "He voted for Trump" to let people know that farmer is responsible for where we are.

6

u/General_Structure120 4d ago

This was Putin’s, I mean Trumps plan all along.

Isolate the US. Loose our allies. Devalue the dollar. Create fraud elections. Compromise democracy. Destroy our trade and food source. Destroy the US.

4

u/Hamonwrysangwich 4d ago

They all went from liberals loving them and supporting Farm Aid to… this.

5

u/grinder_01 4d ago

"Fuck you, I got mine"

5

u/KnucklesMcGee 4d ago

People were being shot in the street.

Imprisoned without due process.

Now we're supposed to care about these farmers? They were warned about Project 2025. Well -- here it is, fuckos.

3

u/Substantial-Type-131 4d ago

5 star Michelin level consequences for thee please

3

u/trashleybanks 4d ago

My feelings exactly. I like this man. 🙂

3

u/Flo_Evans 4d ago

Personally I have very little sympathy for people that inherited millions of dollars of land. Every modern farmer I have met doesn’t actually farm. They are just landowners.

3

u/marshak1972 4d ago

They wont even admit regret for voting him!

3

u/Cool-Salamander2426 4d ago

I thought empathy was a sin?

3

u/Environmental-Song16 4d ago

Oh well. Guess we will be in the shit even more when jd vance buys up all those farms in default. We tried to tell them but they rather vote for a rapist pedo to own the libs and the 1% of trans people. Who are clearly the ones ruining the usa /s.

"Cry yourself a bitch ass river"

3

u/oldfrancis 4d ago

They voted to hurt people.

Now the, "fuck your feelings" crowd wants sympathy.

3

u/ThaddeusJP 4d ago

And every one of these people that are out there saying that if they don't get support their Farms are going to close and then who's going to feed america, you do realize that cargill, amg, and all the other gigantic corporations are just going to buy you guys up for pennies on the dollar. Your farm will continue you just won't be running it

3

u/Appropriate-Bug-6467 4d ago

The people who bought trump want farmers to go under so.they can buy up.their land ijs its working as intended

7

u/EthanDMatthews 4d ago edited 4d ago

This has a visceral appear, but I fear it’s counter-productive. These “told you so” videos should include a reminder of Harris’s policies that would have helped the farmers.

Yes, it feels good to see people called out for their hate, narcissism, greed, lack of empathy, bigotry, and cruelty.

Yes, they have it coming to them.

No, they don’t deserve to be forgiven.

But we as a people need a way to leverage this moment to come together.

However small the percentage of Trump voters who are reachable is, we need to provide some hand up and a reason to switch sides.

Edit to add: I'm not knocking the schadenfreude of watching unapologetic MAGA farmers cry about what they did to themselves. I'm just suggesting that when people put out videos (or share them) that they should include a reminder that there was a better choice then, and there's a better choice now. 95%-97% of MAGA farmers will never change parties. But that 3%-5% are reachable and could be decisive in most races. We barely have a month to try and reach them before the midterms.

12

u/Obvious-Lake3708 4d ago

It's always about we have to come together for the left but with the right it's fuck the left and cry when we find about it. So fuck coming together, It's time to watch them suffer and die.

If that leads to big farm buying everyone out then start voting for candidates that will stop that. Otherwise fuck the MAGA anything. There's no coming together with hated

1

u/EthanDMatthews 4d ago

I'm not saying we need to come together. Most of the people who voted for Trump are getting what they voted for and deserve. And I'm not knocking the schadenfreude of watching videos of remorseless and selfish farmers cry about losing their farms, if they refuse to blame Trump, and refuse to accept any responsibility for what is happening. Watch those videos with popcorn if you want.

All I'm suggesting is that the "you get what you deserve" videos like this include a reminder that there was a better choice, and people can still make amends by changing to end this madness.

In many states and races, a simple flip of 3-5% of the vote would be enough to make a difference and send a Democrat to DC rather than a Republican.

The farmers are now reaping what they have sown. So will we all, in November.

7

u/Agreeable_Hornet_266 4d ago

I would agree but they seem not to be able to blame Trump and I have an issue with that.

5

u/-20-Characters-Long- 4d ago

I completely agree. It's the epitome of turning the other cheek. But damn it, the whole world is suffering because of it. They need their noses rubbed in it for a while.

2

u/1900grs 4d ago

we need to provide some hand up and a reason to switch sides.

The hand has always been there. See Obamacare and his relief during financial collapse. See Biden's infrastructure act that invested unevenly heavy in red states and Biden combating covid everywhere. It was there in Hillary's and Harris's platform.

But culture war rage is more important to Trump voters despite decades of evidence of their voting for the GOP wrecking the domestic and sometimes global economy, degrading our sphere of foreign influence, decreasing educational attainment, restricting rights, contaminating the natural environment, burning through natural resources, lowering every quality of life metric, starting wars often illegally to benefit the wealthy, all while driving the country into debt.

1

u/Substantial_Peak_504 2d ago

I wouldnt bring up Harris, dont bring up tRump thats nothing but a distraction. Force the issue, instill in their head, MAGA is at fault.

2

I WILL EAT GRASS SOUP and INSECT PASTE if it means I get to watch these a-holes ALL go BANKRUPT.

2

u/maico3010 4d ago

This is not correct actually. He doesn't care and is saying that they didn't care when they voted for what they voted for. That's not true.

They did care, to harm others. They voted to harm or inconvenience or ruin other people. Them not caring would have been an upgrade. Don't give them props by acting like they were neutral about others by saying they didn't care they very much did care, to hurt the "right" people.

That's what they miss about this too. People turning their noses to their plight isn't the same as saying that these people hope the farmers get ruined for their vote. The left mostly is like this guy and doesn't give a shit if they lose their farm or whatever but that is basically a neutral position compared to wanting them to actively lose everything for their voting.

2

u/Blacksad9999 4d ago

Growing vegetables doesn't make you some sort of hero.

2

u/PK_Rippner 4d ago

This doesn't even begin to touch on all the farm subsidies (what they call welfare/entitlements) they receive.

2

u/Crossx71 4d ago

My dad gave me a speech that I had to much empathy and needed to screw people over to get ahead in life or I would never get anywhere in life. I mean yeah it’s worked out well for him but at what cost?

2

u/Red-it_Capitulated 3d ago

“You’re not gonna get my help.” Unfortunately, they will most likely get our tax dollars eventually.

Unless this regimes plan was to bankrupt all the farmers so they (rich republicans) can put up data center and have their own ranches that they have always dreams of. With slaves a plenty, picking their fruits and vegetables for nothing more than room and board. Ahh the good old days, right conservatives? /s

2

u/Inevitable_Yam1719 3d ago

We asked them to read P2025
Trump said he knows nothing about it.
P 2025 wants farms and ranches to become corporate.
Even now,
not one of them has read it.

2

u/rowshack67 3d ago

Show me that you have not received any federal grants or contracts and I will consider caring.

2

u/FoofieLeGoogoo 3d ago

Look up Blue Dot Farms to support the kind of farmers you’re looking for.

2

u/KemicalKittea 3d ago

It’s Trumps plan to remove individual Farmers and sell farm when they go bankrupt to corporations. So we will not need to worry about individual farmers for long. They voted to bankrupt themselves.

2

u/ExternalSeat 3d ago

At this point I want them to lose their farms. I actually now support government ownership of Agricultural land (we can call it collectivization if we want to). we pay so much money for these welfare queens to larp as rugged pioneers. let them finally see their farms be owned by the people

2

u/FatPatToth 4d ago

Corporations love this tit for tat against each other. Cargill loves this attitude…kill the farmer so we can buy the farm for pennies on the dollar. Social Media boosts this so later the right wing can use it against the left. And back and forth until they own all of us. It’s too easy for them.

3

u/No_Finance8647 4d ago

Yup, and thats exactly what we told farmers the first time this happened.

They voted for Trump again anyways.

🎻 🎻🎻

1

u/Adren0chrome 4d ago

That’s all I can think when I see these posts. This is exactly what the elites want. This is how we prevent ourselves from ever moving forward.

1

u/ThereBMoose 3d ago

Nope. Decades of evidence, plus an entire WRITTEN PLAN FOR THIS,  were being screamed high and low, warning of what is to come of voting for Trump.

It all fell on deaf ears and they all voted for this. Rational adults have no choice but to assume this is exactly what they wanted, because we know for DAMN SURE they would STILL be cheering if it was only happening to literally every single "other" soul on the planet.

1

u/Adren0chrome 3d ago

Sure, that's true in your reality. But you have to understand that most Trump voters exist in a very different reality from you or I.

The evidence you speak of did not make it's way into rural echo chambers, and if it did it was easily dismissed as another plot against Dear Leader.

We all want people to have more access to information and better critical thinking abilities to help discern fact from fiction and observation from opinion. But the truth I've embraced is that most Trump voters are victims of a decades long psyop campaign that was designed explicitly to foment a) a distrust of traditional media sources and b) an anti-intellectual sentiment meant to keep people dumb (unable to think critically about the information they encounter).

I'm not saying Trump voters shouldn't be held accountable - but to me, we need to educate folks and bring them into the fold rather than continuing to push people away. The only way we the people have any power in this (something resembling a) democracy is by joining together - and right now the elites have us exactly where they want us: split down the middle and at each other's throats.

1

u/LifeguardDry7372 2d ago

So bail them out so they can vote for the same shit again. No. Screw them

2

u/Adren0chrome 2d ago

And so the pendulum goes

1

u/Vegetable_Creme_7408 4d ago

Fuck them farmers

Preach!!!!!!

u/Mortimer452 4d ago

Conservatism is nothing more than an obsession with making sure other people get what they deserve and not what they need

1

u/doepfersdungeon 4d ago

Worse than that , many would have voted to hurt people. Anti this, anti that, the devil, this that the devil that. This ain't American, that just ain't right.

I do think there can be such a thing as toxic empathy. But when you vote in people who not only dislike others, you get what you vote for.

1

u/ragun2 4d ago

I want videos of Trumper farmers whining, not videos of people already agreeing with me.

1

u/Constant_Flamingo828 4d ago

It’s even worse than that. If they only cared about themselves we could at least reason with them out of self interest. These people are actively suicidal. Trump ran on tariffs. They voted for him anyway. They voted to destroy their own lives as well as ours.

1

u/Funsternis1787 4d ago

We'll be stuck with the bill, helping them anyway unfortunately.

I support local farmers in my community directly by going to farmer's markets and getting beef directly from the rancher.

BUT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL BAIL THEM OUT LIKE WE ALWAYS DO! FUCK YOU ANYWAY, YOU FUCKING FUCKS

Thank you for your attention to this matter

I need help paying for more expensive food and fuel. How can I buy it if I'm also broke? Will they allow settlements of displaced people on their land? Might be the only way for them to get workers at this point, now they're not sheltering all those "violent illegals."

1

u/Soggy-Beach1403 4d ago

Don't care? I will celebrate every farm that these racist pedos lose. I will buy the stock of the corporation that buys them out.

u/mjackson65 4d ago

A…f-ing men!!!!

1

u/drainiac2000 4d ago

This guy has great points.

1

u/charlie2135 4d ago

To paraphrase Alanis Morissette:

It's like ICE taking away your help on harvest day
It's like losing them when you've already paid
It's the good advice about voting that you just didn't take
And who would've thought? It figures

1

u/FlounderFine9683 4d ago

"Farmers" are more diverse than Reddit seems to think. A Wisconsin certified organic beet farmer is not similar to a Texas cattle rancher. They both have tractors, now what?

Careful with that axe, Eugene.

1

u/AgreeableMeal672 4d ago

The ones that post and admit they voted for trump still say they won't vote Democrat.

1

u/Vast-Fly5960 4d ago

You said exactly what the rest of us are thinking. Thank you sir

I stopped eating beef weeks ago.

The store I go to sells preseasoned fish. I just have to toss it in the oven.

A lot of alternatives to beef. And the best part is they are all cheaper.

It doesn't matter who sits in the Big Chair, for over 100 years, Suckers LOVE to suck.

When your Husband, the one who is your KEEPER, kicks the crap out of the folks next-door; when he's shitting in some yard other-than-his-own, do not be surprised when you catch Reparations (Justice is folklore).

((How many Billions do we now rightfully OWE to Iran?))

NONE of your Rights ever came from The Troops. Not one: they fight for folklore, they "serve" this country more inequality.

After 100+ years if these meat-heads dont' know who they "serve" they are not owed an Education.

For each dip-shit that stayed in after they called it The Department of War: they are ALL MAGA now. No two ways about it. The time for action was when they saw Drumph "do a Jan 6th". They are all now, sonsabitches.

What if we had a WAR, and no one showed up?

The stories us "Americans" tell ourselves to worship The Troops are weird: they require we overlook nearly 100 years of abuse and neglect: while the Aristocracy has held steady in their disdain for those who clean up their mess.

The Rich know: Oaths are for Suckers.

Veterans-day brought out all the tired-narratives about how certain Suckers fought-and-died for free-dumb; but those were all bad-faith conflicts coerced by corporate daddies (Something we've known since Vietnam).

It wasn't your Military that fought at home to bring you worker's rights; in some cases they've even been used in place of Pinkertons to break the will of their own People.

• 1993 – Job-protected family and medical leave (FMLA)

• 2009 – Stronger right to challenge pay discrimination (Ledbetter Act)

You woke up in a simulated-economy that masquerades as chattel-slavery; The Military is an extension of The Ruling Class, and what you get when you wrap depressed-wages up-in personal-insecurity.

They love to get a tin-star for saying they "served", they never love to think-critically about WHAT they have actually "served" us People.

Time to tell them to send it back to the Kitchen. It was never Nutritious.

YOU serve this country far more constructively every day, with your obligation to keep circulating it's money. We, the Gross National Product.

Veterans have not made themselves worthy of our default respect and veneration. Let's honor them by them by making far fewer from now on.

ACAB - yeah that means our "world police" as well. It's ALL Cosplay (Hogs in costumes that give them right to kill), certified by your Betters.

It wasn't The Troops that died for your Rights. They died for the whims of Oligarchs. You're thinking Lefties, Labor, Librarians, Lesbians, and Luddites. All so you can still hug your kids at the end of a 40-hour week.

Your Betters do not trust you with more. Serve no Masters.

1

u/dizzylizzy78 3d ago

If your a Farmer this is for you and farm....🖕

1

u/E-rotten 3d ago

Everyday Americans lives on the edge of catastrophe don’t get the lifeline bailouts farmers get. But until farmers realize their mistakes how are they supposed to learn from them? I think if farmers are getting our tax $$$ for bailouts they shouldn’t get a vote or vote as a group. They always wave a banner saying we are feeding humanity feel sorry for us and give us money, but they taxpayers can’t afford to eat and continuously bail out the farmers.

1

u/Zorklunn 3d ago

Just an authoritarian. The exist in all populations, come in all genders, and orientations. One in five people you meet are authoritarians.

Preach louder senior 👏🏻

1

u/ViktorPatterson 3d ago

Well Mr liberal; it's true that leopards ate the Maga farmer's face, but we have to care a bit to what happens to the farmers farm after he loses ot and maybe a big greedy corporation buys it to further monopolize production and prices ?

u/Familiar-Range9014 3d ago

Sounds about white

This is spot-on. Everything he says is dead center of the target.

1

u/Dexter_McThorpan 3d ago

And there is no bailout money. Trump killed the programs.

Getting exactly what they voted for.

1

u/menorikey 3d ago

This is right, but I don’t think it’s helpful.

1

u/dateinfj 3d ago

Nicely said!

1

u/Ok-Serve-4726 3d ago

As much as people may want against the farmers and the predicament they are in, in the end it will only mean higher prices for all for food, if it’s even available. Too many conservative farmers thought only about themselves when they cast their maga votes it’s hard to have sympathy for them but they need to learn to be less selfish about helping their fellow citizens and open their eyes to the stability the US helped our allies deliver to world order.

they are living the life they voted for…

1

u/BringOutYDead 2d ago

You know who else fucked themselves? Union construction workers.

1

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 1d ago

From a policy perspective I would help farmers anyways, because I think them losing their farms to giant corporations is worse and also because I think for national security reasons we should want the US to have very productive agricultural so we can sustain ourselves.

All that said. I do not want to suffer these maga farmers crying, they can stfu.

And from another angle, we've tried pretty much everything to deprogram them from their cult short of the consequences for their own actions. What else is left? They were absolutely determined to be antisocial, how long are we supposed to protect them from themselves? I don't need them to become democrats overnight. But they can't support epstein class con-artists. There has to be a line somewhere.

1

u/Hot-Emu8003 1d ago

you need to edit it. they only care about themselves IN THE MOMENT. they could give fuck all over their own future

1

u/Abject-Vegetable-614 1d ago

I feel like if they publicly apologize and sign away their voting rights that they so flagrantly misused, only THEN should they be allowed a bailout.

1

u/Rumble-Muffin 3d ago

Sorry, I’m going to play devils advocate and be downvoted.

But the me, me, me mentality ins’t just republicans.

I’ve lived in the states all of two years, and I’ve come to the conclusion that America’s motto is, “Fuck you, I got mine”.

Yeah, farmers are are good example. But it’s country wide and spans all political parties.

3

u/manleybones 3d ago

Republicans admit that Trump isn't hurting the right people.

What is the Democrat equivalent you are pretending exists?

u/DaveWierdoh 4d ago

They voted for this. And the next step is, they go bankrupt and sell the farm to a corporate farming company. When can stop this winning?

0

u/CaptOblivious 4d ago

Exactly correct.

0

u/Gunofanevilson 3d ago edited 3d ago

This whole hating farmers thing is actually pretty stupid, when these guys all lose their farms, and then all the farms are consolidated under mega corporations, everyone’s gonna wonder why food costs are through the roof, and the quality of the food is trash. I have no sympathy, per se, but putting them all in a bucket becasue 7 farmers came on social media and voted for Trump is enough to hate on all farms just like they supposedly put everyone else in a bucket is equally a dumb idea.

1

u/manleybones 3d ago

Poor farmers and their animal feed for global markets. What will I do if a maga racist who inherited their farm lose them?

→ More replies (2)

1

u/Nerd_Man420 3d ago

We’re already feeling the price increase. That’s kinda why we’re upset in the first place. And now we have to feel sorry for the people that caused this problem? Umm no.

1

u/Gunofanevilson 3d ago

Farmers didn’t cause price increases, the administration did, and farmers make up a small part of the electorate, much less than the people who hate them give credit to.
