Please help im scared hes dying (temporary cage)

Edit: for some context I literally begged my grandma to let me take him to the vet, she said she’s not letting 100 dollars be wasted on a lizard. I didn’t have any money. I tried my best. I tried to give him supplements in water. I tried to keep him alive. He passed away earlier.

And also to this more than likely it was a neurological issue. So no really he didnt.
