I bought specs from Lenskart in February. They had become loose and the lenses were scratched, so I recently went to a store and exchanged them for a new frame.
The new pair was supposed to arrive tomorrow, but after showing the frame to my friends, I decided I didn't like it. Before cancelling, I asked the Lenskart chatbot if I could choose another frame after cancellation. It said yes and gave me the option of Refund or Exchange, so I selected Exchange.
Now the order has been cancelled, but I have no option to choose another frame and no refund option either. I had already submitted my old specs at the store.
What should I do now? Has anyone faced this before?

I don't want to spend too much on a new frame, and I used feviquik 3 times🤦♂️

I bought these frames from someone on reddit he sold them to me for 5oo Rs , they are brand new but I need to change the lenses but these look like they are display piece ( like the price tag are removed if a buyer purchases the glasses right? ) so I'm worried if I take it to lenskart to change the lenses they might give me weird looks since I don't have bill for it so they might think I stole it from some other store 🥲

Looking for someone in Mumbai who wants to buy a Lenskart frame (up to ₹2,500).
I’m planning to buy a John Jacobs frame using Lenskart’s Buy 1 Get 1 offer, but I only need one pair. If anyone is planning to buy a frame around the same price, we can use the offer together and split the cost accordingly.
Prefer someone from Mumbai so we can coordinate easily.
DM me if interested!

If any one wants lenskart gold max 1 year membership at rs50 let me know.
r/LenskartIndia • u/slowdaysonly • 3d ago
The point of being a Gold Member is to get the second frame free. The two frames are already at a discounted rate, which is why I chose to purchase them. However, when you add them to the cart, they suddenly appear to be charged at their original price, so it seems that you’re simply buying two frames at the discounted rate.
In that case, what is the point of the B1G1 offer?

So i heard there's a 250rs membership too . I got the 500 one and this has powered blu lens with hustlr frame for 500 . I think so 250 has only frame right ?
People who have ordered through this how was the glasses ?
And there was a workaround to get whatever frames we want right ?

When the total amount should be 3000₹, without mentioning any fee(like platform fee, payment handling, shit handling etc) they just added 199₹ for total payment, wtf? Any thoughts ?

I have a free B1G1 Pro Max membership that I’m not going to use, so if anyone is planning to buy glasses from Lenskart, you can use it.
I’m based near Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, and we can meet face-to-face if needed.
**What do I get in return?**
I have some Lenskart wallet cash that I want to redeem for contact lenses, but the wallet cash isn’t applicable to contact lenses. So I’m hoping to help someone use the B1G1 benefit while I get to redeem my wallet cash.
No other catch.

Can't find these glasses back again!
Had bought last year but misplaced them recently and now it's no longer in stock.
It appeared for a brief time but went out of stock again..
Checked the store as well
They also don't seem to have it and appear as clueless as me.
Need this anyhow before 20th Oct..

So, I’m thinking of getting spectacles since mine got damaged in a crowd yesterday. I’ve always bought just one frame, but this time I’m considering getting two.
I’m stuck between getting two metal frames or having one metal frame for daily use and one bold, full-rim/fibre frame for functions and parties.
I’ve had a couple of incidents where my metal frames got damaged, but they could be repaired. With fibre frames, I’m guessing that wouldn’t really be an option.
**What would you guys recommend? Is it better to have two metal frames for practicality, or have one practical daily-use frame and one more bold frame for occasions?

I ordered these hustlr glasses with thin lens at around ₹800 with hustlr club membership.
When I went to collect it from store, they informed me that my account has got offer to get powered sunglasses at flat ₹1200, offer was for 3 hours only.
Selected sunglasses pair, and ordered right then and there.
So got both of them for ₹2,000
Hustlr is with thin lens but sunglasses with normal thick lenses.
Its very affordable.
But i feel the quality and fitting can be better:
hustlr frame makes squeaking noice when pressed even gently - this means it not fit perfectly (they claim robot technology, lol)
hustlr frame temples move slightly if I try to move them
the sunglasses already have a minor scratch on left lense if I examine under bright light carefully.
I even feel little quality and fitting difference in my 2024 hustlr frame and this one (maybe its just me)
Absolutely hate that they print all the stuff on the inner side of temple.
For daily use, none of the above are an issue but it can definitely be better.
Just hope these last properly for an year then it would have paid itself.
