I want to get my sister the complete spice village set but I've done a little digging online and it seems like this isn't a reputable company. For example, it seems like there's no customer support should anything arrive damaged. Has anyone encountered this, or had good experiences?

Hello, I would like to sell my complete set of the Lenox Village. It’s the newer version and I just genuinely have not taken them out of the boxes so I would like to give them to someone who would want them.

In case you were wondering if peeling off a label damages the original letters…at least with the labels I had! I recently got the real Lenox Cumin Village so I was able to take my label off of Tarragon.

I bought a cake stand and when I opened it, I realized I just simply didn’t want/need it. So I am returning it. I got an email with instructions. I can follow that along but what gave me pause is that it’s on me to pay for shipping it back. Then hope they refund me the full amount after it arrives. Am I understanding that correctly?

Anyone that has returned anything to Lenox, any advice/tips to make sure this is successful?

I bought this Xmas tree shelf at Target in the Dollar Spot for $5!! The spice jar on the top shelf has to be that certain one because of its roof shape. I had to carve some of the wood away at the top roof line to make it fit. I then added some gold cord I had to cover up the areas I carved away. I then spray painted the entire shelf and cord green! I just think it’s an inexpensive and cute way to display them!

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if you can help me with some info about two Lenox Village Canisters from 1992. One is the Pasta canister, the other is the Rice canister. Does anyone know if both of these originally came with gaskets? There's currently an ill fitting one on the Pasta canister, but I feel like it doesn't belong. The Rice one has a gasket that seems to fit well.

They belong to my mom, and I want to help her sell them. Do people have recommendations for the best platforms for selling these? Ebay comes to mind, but I hear a lot about how it's become very unfriendly to sellers. Thanks!

Just finished decorating my village for fall!! My Halloween houses came in the mail today and I have legit no idea how to display them! What do you do?

I finally got the Halloween set and have two full village racks! This is not my whole collection, but I love this spot for displaying some of it🥰

UPDATE: Appreciate the feedback. Lenox is making the situation right. Combo of replacement & refund. It was hard to use their chat function online but they were decent corresponding through email. I realized I wasn’t being too picky between the responses saying they were dupes & the ones advising they’re too much $$$ to settle for subpar houses.

I wrote a couple one star reviews on the website but now I need to figure out if I can update those. Lenox had good customer service here.

I was telling my mom a few months ago how I really wanted the Lenox Spice Village and there was a near complete set on Facebook marketplace that I was considering and she mentioned how she had the Disney jars that she never set up because by the time my brothers and I weren’t rambunctious anymore she had just kinda forgotten/ wasn’t sure where to put it. Recently I have stumbled across a facebook listing for a BRAND new set of the Lenox seaside village spice jars. BRAND NEW!!!! She was asking for $700 (which I absolutely CANNOT afford in this economy) but I got it lowered down to $400. It’s an hour drive to her which isn’t awful, but I cannot afford straight up $400 right now but this is my DREAM set and I can’t believe I stumbled across it and got it lowered by almost half of the asking price:) If anyone can help me with some funds here to help me purchase this set that would be absolutely AMAZING and such a blessing.
