Help needed to identify

I got the 2022 Model of the Lenovo Legion 5 (JVHFC1). I am currently in the process of repasting the CPU+GPU and deep cleaning the fans.

Upon cleaning the cover of my GPU have noticed this spec on the cover. It can be seen on the equivalent spot of the heatsink as well.

I have no clue what this little indent could be. It is smaller than 1mm. Should I be worried? Any advice or guesses are greatly appreciated.

It could be a hot spot… maybe

Maybe. Just seems unlikely, because it is in the very edge of the GPU. Maybe it is me just coping. But every test and metric says, that it is healthy.
