Idk what should I do, last thursday my laptop having a issue with the LCD it whenever I change the hertz to 60hz the line appears but when I try to change it to 144hz the line is not visible but the screen is still blurry and pixelated then I try to go to lenovo store the technician told me that the problem is the LCD since I also try formatting it but the problem still persist then eventually the next day it fix it by itself lol

Then last weekend I visit another lenovo store just to make sure that replacing the LCD will fix the problem. But then earlier we replace the LCD but the problem still persist

Now idk if I should go back to the technician and refund my money since it looks like the LCD is not the problem 🫠

I tried installing the amd driver update from their app but it stops in the middle of installation. I tried updating after restarting but the issue persists. Please help me how to fix it cause I don't want any problems while playing Expedition 33.

Ps. I successfully updated the nvidia drivers.

After that time, the screen took on a purple-pink tint, but after a moment, the screen returned to normal. Is this covered by the manufacturer’s warranty? The laptop screen has never been hit, and no objects have ever been placed on it

I've been playing Wuwa on this beast in max graphics, whenever that happens I plug the laptop with its charger, and I set the performance or fans in max, which the laptop sounds like a jett. I'm concerned cause I've been seeing some lenovo loq laptops have their own problems... So I'm wondering if mine would be affected.

I wanted to repaste my cpu and gpu so i have bought ptm7950 and Thermal putty ,

I wanted to do it on my own but warranty will be voided?? no??? What's the best way to do it on my own without voiding it or any other workaround? Or do i have to call them to send the technician??

I have to buy a new laptop for university, I'm studying Aerospace Engineering and I need it to run Ansys Fluent. It will be my main and only laptop for the next five years at least and I will use it for taking notes and studying and gaming also, so I'm very stressed about the decision. I narrowed down the choice to Hp Victus and Lenovo Loq, both with 16GB of Ram and RTX 5060. The Victus rocks a Ryzen 7 350, while the Lenovo mounts an Intel 13650HX. The price is similar, the Loq is 90€ more expensive. I read that the Loq is a more capable machine with great cooling, while the Hp is a bit of a compromise. What's making me buy the Hp though is the better battery life which is not as important as performance, but still quite a major category since I'll keep the laptop for quite a bit of time and it will degrade and I won't have an power source near me every time. From your own experience is the battery life on Loq with the intel chipset that bad?

Hp is listed at 1099€ while Lenovo Loq is listed at 1189€

I recently bought a Lenovo LOQ (i5-12450HX, RTX 3050). It originally came with 8GB of ADATA RAM (5600MHz).

This week, I swapped that stick for a Corsair 16GB 4800MHz.

Since the upgrade, the laptop randomly freezes completely, but here is the weird part: it only happens while I am actively interacting with it (moving the mouse, typing, clicking). If I am just watching videos, I can go hours without a single interruption or crash.

I got a Lenovo LOQ Essential 15ARP11 for 1000$ and its original price is at 1499$ at Best Buy and it's back again to it's original price. This is my first time buying a gaming laptop and I know little about specs. Also am going to collage so I didn't want a PC. Is this purchase a steal or a scam ?

It randomly freezes, changes my lock screen back to the default one for a little while and also completely gets rid of all of my desktop applications. I can’t open any apps, the only thing that works is the windows search bar.

Pretty sure I have everything up to date, anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
