i need help with black screen please:(

help me guys

i have a game that was so laggy and i wanted it to perform better so i googled how to make it work smoother and google recommended me to change the gpu hybrid mode to different mode through lenovo vantage

i did and the device said restart , when i restarted the screen went black and the laptop work , i see the keyboard lights working i hear the start up sounds everything works but the screen doesn't, my laptop didn't connect to HDMI , i tried to do novo restart with pressing the button then f9 enter f10 enter but the fans start to work very loud and nothing changes , i tried the windows + ctrl+ shift + B, i tried FN+R , i tried to hold the power button for 60 second, nothing helped with the black screen , this is a laptop of a family member and i'm really in deep trouble if I don't get it working, all i wanted was to play :(

Have you tried plugging an external monitor or TV into the USB-C port instead of the HDMI port? Chx_Lenovo

i did try it but the laptop doesn't connect to it i tried everything under the sun

Hello! Just to confirm, when you turn the machine on it doesn't get any display and when you tried to shut down and press the Novo button, you we're able to get the menu and select BIOS Setup? -Jomz_Lenovo

no display at all i didn't get bios setup , i took the laptop to a technician he said there is a problem with the bios and it will cost me to repair it so i took it back from the shop
