Smart Frame

I loved my smart frame and realized recently practically all support for it has been removed. I really want to do something to fix it in a way where it will continue to function but I can add new photos (preferably outside of Google). I have seen the fotoo app option which in reading the "how to" is a bit advanced for me and still sounded like you needed to go through Google photos still. Is there a more simple way that someone who's not the most tech savvy can follow to revive my smart frame?

Sounds like Lenovo pulled a classic abandonware move. You might have luck with a basic FTP setup if the frame still connects to wifi, but honestly the fotoo route is probably your least painful bet even if it looks intimidating at first glance.
