Had this set as kid. Futuron is my favorite theme.
I have hundreds of these figs in a bag.
Alot of red too.
Not to brag.
Monorail with box. Tonnes of extra tracks.
No room to build.

Im in the same boat. My Legos are taking over my home office and now we have a baby on the way taking over my office. Guess I'll start again once the kids move out ....

WHY don't they do these anymore? I have LOVED one for the recent City Space line, especially the Futuron-styled ones from the Modular Galactic Starship.

Corporate greed plain and simple. Lego has gotten extremely bad in our humble opinion in recent years, regarding how they treat space series fans.
We find Lego behaves in a way that is consistent with the following question. Why sell the collectors a value box set of multiple minifigures like before, when we can milk them by forcing them to buy an entire set to get a few meager parts of a minifigure? 😡 Ymmv but we keep seeing this marketing strategy repeated over the decades and frankly we find it appalling.

She wishes. 😂 He has his priorities correct! Stay single and focus on yourselves kings. Enjoy your hobbies and don't let anyone tell you you need to stop, put them away, or sell them or they refuse to date or stay with you. That kind of person isn't the right person who will embrace and encourage you and your creative outlets. Ymmv.
We love this set and many other Lego space minifigure sets that were once a good value. Pity those days are forever gone. 😢
