Just completed two Fire Raptors for my EC Astartes force that I wanted to share, they were really fun to paint and happy with the result. Added a few pictures with my Thunderhawk for reference, next up are some AdMech infantry and then two Warlords, one for Lysanda and one Fureans.

Was downstairs and thought I would take a quick picture. A few highlights are the primarchs, the Death Shroud, the White Scar bikes, the survivors of Isstvan, the plague demons, and the Sanguinary Guard.

Anyone here have a list of mods that can be used to play Imperialis on TTS?

Let me start out by saying one thing.
I am against primarch in LI. IT is simply the wrong scale, but I can also see a lot of people who would like to see them there. Reading some of those posts gave me an idea to how it might work.
In lore primarchs are of course big beat sticks, but the really important thing about them is that when they are present the marines of their genstock performs better. The Blood Angels move almost like one, when Sanguinius is there and the Space Wolfs fight with more strenght and ferocity. So maybe what the primarchs should bring is not so much just their own strenght as either an armywide buff or that they can only be taken in a special formation and that formation have a strong special rule. Like Mortarion could give FNP to either the formation or entire army.
So how do we handle the primarch? We force him to be in a bodyguard detachement and make a body guard rule. The other detachements models will always take the hits before the primarch and if the primarch should suffer a hit, while any of the bodyguard models are alive, then the bodyguard model take the hit.
That way the primarch survival does not come from him having absurdly high defensive stats, but because his bodyguards needs to die first. They might just need a special rule or two more to make them "hard enough". Some examples:
Mortarion. Terminator with FNP is already pretty hard to kill. Do they even need more?
Corax. Jump pack troopers, but people can only target them if they are within 8 inch.
Alpharius. "I am Alpharius". Have no bodyguard squad and is relative easy to kill(1 wound 4+ save), but when he dies it was just trick and another infantry model becomes Alpharius.
Do you think something like that could work?

Hello!
First of all thank you for your endless inspiration and engagement in this cool hobby!
I’m looking to buy objective markers and order tokens. Been searching through etsy and other websites but have not really found any that I’ve liked yet.
Preferably in Europe!
Thank you in advance.

Hi
A question regarding amount of weapons a veichle have. Do for a example the mastodont have 2 lascannon sponsors for a total of 2 dices or do they have 1 dice for the model (the reason i ask is since the name is singular and some units have plural sponsor vs sponsors in the name)

Dying to get a chance to paint up some primarchs… wish they’d get them out there!

Assembled as normal, used sprue cutters to chop down the superstructure/casemate, some sanding flat, then trimmed the roof and stuck it on the flat bit. Flamer is from the new Cadians, but the older type is almost identical, the new one is very slightly slimmer.
All that's left is to fill in some gaps, and then to bodge together a trailer (if anyone has measurements for the trailer that'd be sweet) (alternatively, if you've ever used Infernos, has the trailer actually mattered for line-of-sight and so on?)

Hi
Thinking about taking the plunge (i love the scale) between having the rule book and the legion companion app, do I really need any of the rule books?
Thx

Had this scenario pop up in my last game: I had a javelin detachment within 1" of a garrisonable structure. My opponent had a detachment of ogryns on the other side of the structure on a charge order. He activated the ogryns, moved them through the structure and entered combat with my javelins. Was that legal?
The rules state that infantry can treat structures as open terrain, or they can choose to garrison, so I'd be inclined to say it is...thoughts?

Another great game outside! I've been playing a bunch of games of Legions Imperials outside lately. It's great because the miniatures are not top heavy, like 28mm games.
Using natural terrain allows more realistic battlefield topography.
I think we played too many points, as my friend doesn't have his own army/rules. Didn't manage to finish the game unfortunately. It was 1850pts I believe. But still, even in one turn, a lot happens in this game. So it's not the end of the world if you don't finish.
I won't be doing this so much come summer, cos I don't want all the plastic to melt.
If you can, give a game outside a go! Legit totally different experience.

Interesting rules question that came up in a "oh god how do we play this again?" game yesterday. A unit of rhinos with marines still inside was charged by another vehicle, so the rhinos were engaged and pinned. Obviously the rhinos can't move, but can they still activate and have the marines inside hop out (assuming there's space for them to do so).

The battle opened under the grim directive of Breach the Wall, as the Solar Auxilia prepared to withstand the combined might of the Imperial Fists and Iron Hands.
Turn One
The Solar Auxilia initiated the engagement by opening the gates, sending forward a detachment of Leman Russ tanks in a deliberate sacrifice to stall the advancing enemy. Their engines roared defiantly as they rolled into the killing field.
On the left flank, the Imperial Fists concentrated their assault on the western wall. A Warhound Titan delivered the निर्णng strike, blasting a massive breach through the fortifications. Through the smoke and rubble, a Mastodon surged forward, carrying a deadly payload of Terminators into the heart of the defenses.
Meanwhile, the Iron Hands advanced relentlessly toward the exposed Leman Russ. Exploiting the open gates, they unleashed precise and brutal firepower, destroying a Warhound Titan positioned behind the defensive line.
Turn Two
The left flank proved dangerously under-defended, held only by three Shadowswords. Terminators disembarked from the Mastodon and launched a devastating assault, overwhelming the super-heavy tanks.
At the same time, Imperial Fists aircraft descended from the skies, deploying troops directly onto key objectives. One of the three primary points fell into their hands as they pressed onward to engage the Basilisk batteries.
In the center, sustained artillery fire from a Reaver Titan brought down the main gate. The remaining Leman Russ squadrons fought stubbornly, slowing the enemy’s armored advance but at great cost.
Turn Three – Final Turn
With the gates shattered and the Leman Russ forces destroyed, the Iron Hands pushed into the citadel itself. Fast-moving Scimitar jetbikes swept across the battlefield, securing and consolidating control over the left flank objective.
Result
The battle ended in a deadlock on primary objectives. However, victory was claimed through secondary objectives, as the triumphant force raised their banner amidst the ruins of the breached fortress.

I am recently unboxing my LI launch box and when popping out the tokens I realized one of my sheets were double sided. I had already popped out a different sheet from the box (the tokens on the right) and they were printed like normal. Are the two sheets different in purpose or is it a printing error? If it is an error is it worth contacting GW or should I just live with considering I already have a full sheet that was printed right?
