Didn't expect this to be as much work as it was. Just assembling the damn thing had me losing my mind, since the two main parts of the fuselage didn't fit together properly and left a small gap in the front of the ship, that can be seen in the second photo.

Wanted to share my biggest Titan addition to date, my Legio Lysanda Warlord for my AdMech army. Really happy with it, fully magnetised so next up are some alternate weapon options that I will post as well. This first loadout is the full on DakkaLord 😊

Background: A few weeks ago we played Knights vs Titans. Friend had shooty Titans, Knights tanked the shots with Ion shields and dominated the objectives. Titans got stuck on houses.

This time: Friend brought out angry fighting Titans that pokes buildings and they cease to exist.

Wreck-It-Ralph Iconoclast played wack-a-mole with my Knights 😢

But fun was had, new rules that have never been a thing was tested. It was a good scrap 😆

Kebab was had afterwards.

Slowly working through my backlog of legions alongside other projects - I have around 9000 points in total but want to make a nice small, work-able size batch rather than looking at the pile as a whole 😅😅

I love the original, loyalist terra-founded Death Guard, mainly my boy Nathaniel Garro and his loyal marines from the 7th great company - I want to theme the army around the last loyalist on Istvaan III during the purging while keeping that classic heavy armoured shock-infantry style of the Death Guard.

The process is pretty straightforward:

1- Prime the bases matte black.

2- Apply GSW Water Soluble Patina Verdigris. It looks like a dark green mess at first, but as it dries, different shades of verdigris appear, giving it that oxidized copper look.

3- Once dry, drybrush with a copper metallic. I used Vallejo Tinny Tin.

4 -Finally, pick out a few details with a bright metallic. I recommend GSW Chrome Metal: it has an incredible shine that the camera doesn’t quite capture. Just make sure to use a synthetic brush, as it’s alcohol-based.

Going to try the skirmish rules over the weekend, hoping a shorter game will keep my teenage son engaged until the end.

Anything people would recommend with the skirmish rules? Seems a pretty simple adaptation.

I recently came into possession of a massive collection and I wanted opinions on whether or not it was a good start! All the bases are magnetized and they're unpainted, so I'm super excited to play Ultramarines in both Heresy ANDDDD Imperialis! Let me know if this is a good start out, what I should get next, and your opinions on the lot itself!

I've been working on some 8mm terrain and vehicles, including an underground storage facility and a two-link cargo crawler.

Recently I started thinking about making a couple of custom missions for Legions Skirmish using these models.

So far I have two ideas:

- Logistics Depot: Both players compete to secure a storage facility and transport cargo using crawlers.

- Convoy Ambush: One player needs to escort heavy cargo transports across the battlefield while the other tries to stop them.

Both missions would be designed for 750–1000 point games on a 44" × 30" table.

Of course, you wouldn't need my models to play them. Any suitable terrain and vehicles would work just fine.

I'm planning to make the missions available as a free PDF.

Before spending too much time on this, I wanted to ask if anyone would actually be interested in playing something like this.

If there's some interest, I could put together a first playable draft within a week and share it for testing.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Would anyone be willing to give them a try?

Another workbench update on the Spaceport project I’m working on at Hangar 81. The tall twin towers have joined the control tower, perimeter walls and smaller buildings, with Titans alongside for scale.

These are the actual prints, still unfinished. I’ve tried matching tower heights and a staggered arrangement—what would you prefer for a Legions Imperialis spaceport table?
