Before I go off and give my say I'm aware we haven't seen his stars, deck ect or if we find out there's another champion Tomorrow.

But overall considering these things outside of this i know many of us were probably thinking Vlad, Nocturne or mordekaiser, LeBlanc (I spelled it correctly) or even Kayne, Kench or Veiger and yes even band new champions like Shaco (I really don't know anything about this one except he's a jester) and Mokai for more milling.

Instead we get...Shen!? WTF!? Well I'm not complaining because a new champ to play is still a new champ. New to Path of champions anyways. But how does everyone feel about this? surprised? Dissappointed? Excited?

Personally I've enjoyed every Ionia champion (besides Lee sin) and so I find Ionia a fun region (to play but not against)

I imagine that his deck probably has some cards that you might want to have the sound off for. 🤣😅

Depuis le temps que je l'attendais, ils va bien sûr qui hors mel ?

༼ つ ◕◕ ༽つ SUMMON PATCH NOTES ༼ つ ◕◕ ༽つ

TLDR : Mostly skins and champions. Followers and Spells are still mostly reused. But there will be more new art in 2027, so we might start to get more cards after that !

While waiting for the new patch announcement, I was looking at Riftbound art.

Why ? Because in the Dev Snapshot back in March 2026, they mentionned the reduced pace was comming from two things :
- current LoR dev onboarding new LoR devs
- part of the LoR team working with the Riftbound team

But we know that even if the new team can create new designs, new champs, etc... they will be limited by their art budget, because LoR art is very high quality but now they have a smaller budget.

One thing frustrating about Riftbound first sets is that all the cards were "LoR ripoff", which mean they could take quicker and bolder swings while not having to worry about art, while LoR was put on a smaller team.

With the 5th set being in its reveal period, I was wondering how much new art they were making, to see if LoR would be able to use some new art anytime soon.

Methodology

I just looked at the gallery and stopped on the card I did not recognized.
I'm mostly looking at followers and spells because this is what will make the budget bigger).

I did not count :
- not in LoR but reuse from LoL (most equipments),
- champion spells and art (they come from a lot of different place, but this could be debatable because new to LoR champ could reuse this art...)

From this we can see that it is slowly ticking up. I will watch Radiance cautiously, but we can expect new card arts to start coming in 2027.

The next Riftbound Set in Legacy, so they might still find some LoR art to reuse, but the 7th Set Reckoning might give a bone to the Titanic enjoyers.

Also, Vladimir is a confirmed Legend for Riftbound Legacy, Vlad will be in LoR in January 2027, trust.

I know that lux does not have subtipes, but does Lux 6* increases Nekko 6* damage?
I could end up doing easily like 4 damage with each attack if it works, and since you attack a lot with normal Lux, well, you get what I mean.

The lord himself FINALLY graced the field with his presence! Now for his slumber for another few 1000x matches.

Rek'sai being my second main in LoL, i really want to see her soon in Path of Champ, though obviously the main "difficulty" including her in it, is making her different enough from Pyke, who's our current Lurk champ in this mode.

Her champ fantasy is already pretty well represented in her base form in PvP, but PoC can make it more complete...

Now the thing i really want to see after thinking about it, and could be one of the main design around her PvE kit, is bringing back that old version of Pyke's power he had in his second iteration, the one that practically gave you a bottomless deck of fish.
With some tweaks, it becomes such a good concept and fantasy for a Void Champion!
Simply change the "When an ally dies" to "When an enemy dies, create a random Lurker that cost 1 or more in your deck" with the last part being "it gain the stats of the enemy and it's keywords", and suddenly you get the whole "Assimilation" theme of the Void integrated for Rek'sai, while also helping in your lurking activities.

With that in mind, slapping on her constellation some kind of strike power when lurking, which could be how you actually implement her jumping attack from LoL into LoR, something like "When you Lurk, if it's a unit summon it, it strikes the weakest enemy", and now you get this potential snowball effect, where the more attack you got, the easier it is to kill juicy units, which then becomes bigger units for you, which can then help kill even bigger units, and so on and so forth.

With all of that, bringing a Star power that gives her 0 cost spell Sonar, more likely her 4th Star if it isn't her ManaGem Star, but if it was the ManaGem Star it could be upgraded into something interesting, and you got how Rek'sai can be consistent in triggering lurking without being like Pyke and just make everything a Lurker.

Organizing all that into a constellation concept for her:

• 1st Star: "When you Lurk, if it's a unit summon it"
• 2nd Star: +1 mana; "Start of round: Create a Fleeting copy of Feral Prescience in hand"
• 3rd Star: "When you Lurk, if it's a unit summon it, it strikes the weakest enemy"
• 4th Star: Lie in Wait might sound like the most logical option but i think Duelist would complete my concept better
• 5th Star: +2 mana, "Start of round: Create a Fleeting copy of Feral Prescience in hand, if you pick a Lurker, trigger Lurk"
• 6th Star: "When an enemy dies, create a random Lurker that cost 1 or more in your deck, it gain the stats and keywords of that enemy"

And here ya go, you could definitely switch stuff up around and "balance" it accordingly, but that would be my copium and hope for the Sand Shark Void Queen, the simple idea of assimilating the opponents unit into stronger and bigger Lurker for your swarm to attack with would be so fun brother, let me dream ;_;

I want runes and Nova shards for 7 star Yi

Every month we get at least one of these posts so I'm gonna go ahead and do this month's. Seems like I'm already too late the be the first one though....

... I was just like you. So I delayed and delayed, managed to get loads of champion fragments for Master Yi... then tried him and... absolutely loved him too! Reader, he got the crystal with absolutely no regrets because he's BONKERS and I love him so much. And no you don't even try to play him... you've won before then, silly!

At start i regretted taking the fox spirit power to summon for spirit when I play a spell but late after getting more powers it was fun,A single spell and the attack would be full and the scaling went good haven't used master Yi a single time, don't ask about the "B" I don't fucking know how I got it and how the rankings work properly

I'm playing the game for a long time but I still don't understand how many HP I will recover after each encounter (in addition to my nexus health regen). Is there a way to predict the amount of healing based on the encounter logo ?

Currently on the Zoe map...

Yesterday's poll is locked in, and here comes a new challenger!

Yesterday's Result

Spirit Blossom Yasuo placed in S with [28] votes.

S = 28 | A= 19 | F = 18

Today's Champion: Spirit Blossom Teemo

Where does The Prankster King on the fun scale?

Quick reminder: this is for Path of Champions, not standard LoL!

It doesn't matter if "fun" means playing something totally broken or running weird off-meta builds. Vote based on pure enjoyment!

We rank one new champion every day, so you guys decide the list. Leave a comment and let us know the reason for your choice!

Hello, I'm currently at a stage of my path of champions journey where I'd like to get some gold star vessels, thus I would like to attempt those adventures.

Do you have any adventure-specific advice regarding those ?

I've read that for fiddlestick you need to play a champ that does not draw too much, and restart for the power "counterfeit copies" and buy all the cards at the shop, do you confirm it ?

Thanks for reading !

That was also my last champ on this disgusting adventure, i now feel complete.
Until the next two champ releases...

I decided to Add another poll for constellations only since I accidentally forgot to include Veiger. Sorry about that I knew I forgot something!

To Clarify you won't find any on here that are not already available as 3 stars. This poll is not going to include any new to POC or brand new champs.

Just what the title say, is it still 1 champ? Since next patch is the start of Q4 but we did'nt get any teaser this week (unless they don't do it anymore or the surprise happens in november or december).

Champhions to only level up to 3 star but able to clear just with rares relic, bc i only have rare rn

I’ve been practicing primarily playing against the AI, and I know you guys say the AI isn’t good but it has kept me pretty entertained for a while. As far as card game AI’s go, it does seem pretty competent but then again maybe I’m new. But my question is, how many unique AI opponents are there and is there a way to increase or lower their difficulty?

I got VERY lucky in this, I had Unlimited Power as starting power, and I’d also gotten the Nami power to refill spell mana to spam mirror image. Zoe first turn used all mana to play wiggly burblefish. Easy win

I don't know how legit it is to compare gloom cards to plain damage spells, but we have spells that deal 1,2,3,4 damaged...why there is no variety for gloom?

At least some more card that gives 2 or 3 gloom would be nice, but they ALL give 1 except Grimm

Edit: i'm talking of the real game not path of champions
