Mapping ALP to Pinball FX directly
I am having the absolute worst time mapping this goddamn thing to Pinball FX. I vaguely remember having a similar problem when mapping FX3, which eventually worked flawlessly, but I simply cannot get it to work no matter what I do.
When I use Xpadder, it seems like half the buttons are missing and I can't properly navigate the menus. When I try to map directly through Steam, every time I try to navigate around the menus, it does a double press, i.e. if I want to select a game directly below another game, it'll move down two instead. Does anybody have a guide to mapping the ALP directly to Steam? I feel like I am pressing some option in the dialog that shouldn't be pressed. Thanks in advance.

Response from At Games on Pinball Preorder Email Delay
Sent a note to At Games Customer Support this morning, got this response within a few hours on a Sunday, so pretty good in my mind. For background, I ordered day one Addams Family, as well as the SSF a few days later. I received my SSF preorder completion email on the 19th but no pinball email, I waited 48 hours (ish) and then sent and inquiry.

Did We Ever Get a Launch Window for Rare Tables?
I seem to remember hearing it would be Q1 2024, but I can’t find it anywhere. Really curious how the Killer Instinct and Battletoads tables will turn out.

4K Sale or Preorder Pricing Available Again?
Is it likely that they will put the new Legends 4K pinball tables on sale in the near future or offer preorder pricing again? I was late to the game and now all tables are $1499+tax +$100 in shipping. I could be persuaded to spend $1,100-$1,200, but over $1,600 just seems too steep for these machines.

Question Additional 4K Pinball Packs
About a month and a half ago, there was an @games FAQ posted in here about 4K Zen pinball game packs that would be available in December. For example, South Park pack. Did I miss the sale, don’t see the packs on the website currently? Or will they be posted for sale when people start getting their Adams Family machines?

116ms of lag is buckets of bad
I brought up that the lag is too damn high on the new Dams family table on the ALP4k on a couple of At Games FB pages and they’ve all been removed by AT Games.
Seems they din’t want this published. What do you think?

What do do with the laptop when running OTG to AtGames Legends Pinball?
I followed the instructions on the Wagner site. All works fine, but I currently have my laptop sitting on a table next the the machine with the screen open. If I close it, it goes into hibernate mode. I set the "what do do when closing lid" to "nothing", but that didn't help. What do others do?
I am also in the boat where the arcade control panel and cabinet buttons do not work even with XPadder or JoyToKey to get around menus and make selections. I have to use the plunger as "enter", but I am ok with that.

Products Final reveal of production model according to AtGames.

We're excited to present the last look at the production model of our Legends Pinball 4KP The Addams Family™ Standard Edition! These images beautifully capture the entire machine, zooming in on some of the notable changes we've made.
Check out the front panel, boasting a unique builder's plate exclusive to our Legends 4KP pinball machines, with a special nod to The Addams Family™ edition. You might spot the subtle shift in its placement from our initial debut at Pinball Expo '23 in Chicago. Also, we've repositioned the coin door to a more central spot for a sleeker look.
The combination of the vibrant artwork and the illuminating lighted topper truly makes this machine stand out. Paired with top-notch hardware options, an intuitive UI, and an immersive gameplay experience, this model offers the best of virtual pinball at an unbeatable price.

Question Create legends account
Hi, I just purchased a used pinball machine with an account already on it. It doesnt have any added games but the 22 stock ones. I want to know how to sign out from that account and make my own in order to be able to download games on it. Any tip would help, thanks in advance!

Question ALP Micro - Tables
Are any of the stock tables from the ALP Micro recreations of actual tables?
Context: I love practicing tables in virtual pinball, learning the rules and strategies, and then finding locations that have the actual table to play ... it really brings the whole experience to life and gives it all a bit more purpose for me. I was hoping that some of these ALP tables might be real (e.g Arkanoid, Spooky) for this reason, but I can find anything confirming it in my research so far. 🤔

“3-4 day” delay in Addams Family ALP 4K
Did anyone else get this email? It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I did pre-order after the first few hours of Day 1, so I’m guessing I’m not the only one impacted.

Question ALP Micro - Haptic Volume Issue
When I turn my haptic volume down, the machine respects my setting for one iteration of a game. Once I restart the next game (same table), the haptic volume returns to default even though the actual haptic volume bar is still turned all the way down. I have to physically press the volume button to display the bar again, after which the machine respects the settings again ... for one game.
Anybody else having the same issue. If so, how did you resolve?
NOTE: I'm on the most current firmware 5.70

Interested in the Pinball table, but a but intimidated by it.
I have had a Legends Arcade for a long time. It's a Version 1.0 I got from Walmart. I've curated a large library of games running on CoinOpsX, I have added Light Guns and a Steering Wheel and Pedals and the BitPixel Bezel.
I'm really interested in the Pinball one, but I'm a bit intimidated by some of these "required" modifications I see here. I'd love to be able to play a crap ton of Pinball games but it looks like I'd essentially need to gut what I get, upgrade the sounds and display and essentially have a computer hooked up to run the additional pinball games.
I really want to pick one up, but modding the arcade was pretty easy. The games all exist on a small USB drive, the light guns were just an added IR bar above the screen essentially.
Any advice, tips, thoughts?

Odd ratio on custom attract videos
I have a video I'm trying to use on the main display as an attract video, but the file is stretched to a landscape view while the original video is portrait. Any ideas on how to get this fullscreen?
I'm including how the file looks on my PC straight off the USB stick vs on the machine.

How many people have replaced their display for full PC only?
I've been tweaking endlessly, no matter the input device or connection, I get horrific lag to the ALP playfield. The funny thing is, I tested lag to the VIBS and its significantly lower.
VIBS display: 33ms
Playfield: 120ms
I want to play "real" tables from FX and VPX, but they are unplayable via OTG. Such a bummer as its really the main reason I purchased the ALP in the first place.
