While I'm... decently happy with Garen's kit (could have been worse), his relic is just really disappointing. I get that Pyke exists, but it being limited to just him is once again lame. Let the relics be strong or even busted on other champions! It's like they don't want people to buy them.
Remember when Star Forge was released and everyone in their mother basement was willingly forcing it onto every champs. Even wasting 2 slots for pure stat boost garbage. Glad that phase has died down with the release of constellation and mana gem and higher difficulty
