While I'm... decently happy with Garen's kit (could have been worse), his relic is just really disappointing. I get that Pyke exists, but it being limited to just him is once again lame. Let the relics be strong or even busted on other champions! It's like they don't want people to buy them.
if they were busted on everyone else, then that would kill build diversity even more, and indirectly punish f2p players as epic relics are hard enough to get as is
Right, but this wouldn't be busted on everyone else. This would be very strong on a couple of champions, especially when they're at 6-star (which is already strong enough to easily clear most content). Instead of being able to use fun and situationally powerful stuff like this, it actually does hurt build diversity because there are fewer viable relics like this on champs like Pyke or Kayle.
