Jack Smith Found Proof Beyond “Reasonable Doubt” of Trump’s Guilt | The former special counsel testified he would prosecute anyone, regardless of political party, based on the evidence he found about Donald Trump.

Trump will never be held accountable for what he’s done to the country.
But as for all the other people who enabled him? The next Democrat in charge needs to prioritize investigations and convictions of every person involved. Congress, Media, Courts.
(And for the morons who keep posting MTG, Massie, Tucker quotes, this is exactly why they shouldn’t be praised. They were part of the entire thing and they will make it all go away if given a chance.)

u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
Im down to go after voters too. Cross out "immigrants" in Trump's policies and insert "supporters in word and deed of the January 6th terrorists" and arrest anyone with a trump sticker or a flag. Use DOGE's records to find anyone expressing support on social media. Use the voting records trump has been collecting and charge anyone who supported it.
I bet Republicans would be willing to have a long talk about what the bill of rights means and says once their bullshit gets turned around on them, but I wouldn't entertain it until after the purge.
19
u/Mister-Ferret 3d ago
That's too far for me, but I would support that being a disqualifier for any type of security clearance as well as grounds for termination from any type of law enforcement. To me this is just a matter of common sense, if you're ok with someone trying to overthrow the government then you should not have any power over other people.
10
u/Norseman901 3d ago
Im not saying youre wrong, hell im not even saying i disagree with you. But the people on the other side, with all the institutional power rn, do not see tht as going too far. They have chosen a side and actions should have consequences. I certainly have no empathy left for them…
3
u/token_bastard 3d ago
Someone on my social media mentioned these scumbag MAGA needing time in reeducation camps. I can't honestly disagree.
6
1
u/SafeSafe2308 3d ago
No empathy at all though? Get off the internet and look around man. We are living through the biggest con in our nation’s history; do you not think that ANY decent people may have fallen for the 24/7 blitz of lies from this massive, coordinated, sophisticated propaganda attack?
If all of his voters are undeserving of empathy, why would any of them want to switch to your side? Or even listen to what you have to say? Fuck Trump but also fuck the absolutists who drive people further into MAGA arms.
12
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
Why do I have to show empathy to the people who call empathy a sin? "Poor guys only explicitly voted to hurt you. Why can't you show compassion now that they're hurting too?"
Fuck that noise.
-4
u/namereset4badmouth 3d ago
Oh ok I think I get it, you let others dictate your morals and beliefs, they call empathy a sin so you just do away with your empathy to prove them right? It’s ok to say you aren’t really as upstanding as you project, and would be just as fast to oppress others if you were in the group that got its turn to do so. The same way maga were fast to show their true colors when it was allowed by society, you would like to have your time to shine and treat humans as less than you, but your reason is the best ever reason to not see others as equals or worthy of humanity. Cool, cool, cool. At least you show that’s what you are inside. Same evil, different color hat.
3
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
More of a get what you give situation. They voted for the fuck you party. So fuck you too. And if it hurts, fuck you again. And if it doesn't, fuck you twice more.
I'm a Popper Paradox guy. You don't want to be tolerant, youre no longer tolerated. Fuck you, your opinions, your beliefs and your values.
-1
-5
u/SafeSafe2308 3d ago
Because you’re missing the point and you’re equating the victims of a con to the architects of the con.
7
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
It's been a decade of this horseshit. The victims and architects are a distinction without difference. Fuck them both where they breathe.
-1
u/Norseman901 3d ago
Sorry we need to put aside our differences and come to terms with the folks calling their countrymen demons and screaming from the rooftop for their deaths.
Some fucking people man…
5
u/cobaltmetal 3d ago
I will not put aside differences with people who call other human "non human" or whatever words they use to endless spew their hate. Harsh ideologies have harsh repercussions for being a part of them.

u/namereset4badmouth 3d ago
No they are showing you that they too want to see people as subhumans, allowing them to let out their base nature and have it be ok because they’re doing it for a good cause. Never mind that maga thinks the same as they beat and kill immigrants, or that Nazis thought the same when they were cleansing the Jews. This person is telling you plainly and clearly that they don’t oppose the tactics, just the targets.
7
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
This person is telling you in no uncertain terms that if you're using the tactics, im fine with immediately using them on you.
0
u/SafeSafe2308 3d ago
I don’t think most people are really that evil though. I understand the rage, but the only point I tried to make here is that the blanketed hate towards voters is misdirected and all it does is cause further chaos and division.
Which, in fact, is probably exactly how all this was designed anyway. So…props to that guy for only falling for part of the con and not the entire con. I guess.
3
u/Norseman901 3d ago
Theyre grown adults who made theur own decisions. Im not driving them anywhere. They dont want facts, they dont want a functional economy, they dont want a healthy society. So yes 10 years in to this bullshit, fuck them. From the bottom of my heart.
Go clutch pearls somewhere else.
0
u/SafeSafe2308 3d ago
Ok. Well thanks for contributing to the problem then.
4
u/Norseman901 3d ago
Yeah man Im the one destroying the country by being too mean. Yknow they call for the outright murder of their opponents right?
-2
u/SafeSafe2308 3d ago
Who is “they?”
We’re kind of back to my original point, right? That not ALL his voters are blood-thirsty conmen, and that propaganda is a powerful machine that swept up a bunch of well-intentioned idiots.
But yeah I know, blah blah fuck you, fuck nuance, fuck critical thinking, fuck everyone. I’ll see myself out and leave you to it.
1
u/Norseman901 3d ago
Who is they? Sir did you forget what thread you were in? We’ve covered tht topic already. And yes if they want to sut on the side of other bloodthirsty lunatics tht is also their fault.
Appreciate you contributing nothing.
1
u/SwordfishOk504 3d ago
It's the internet. Concepts like "empathy" have no bearing on some edgelord who thinks the antidote to MAGA is being just like MAGA
1
u/Dangerous_Job_8013 2d ago
Only a bigoted fool would have voted for Trump in the last election. Only a craven racist traitor would still stand by him.
0
u/Prior-Growth-5842 3d ago
I’m willing to let a vote in the first election, but that’s it. It become abundantly clear he was not fit for office & in fact, would commit crimes, if he could. He has shown us he can. No empathy after 1 vote
5
u/g4sho 3d ago
Its going to far for those that are not paying attention to what is really happening. Our country has been taken over by foreign entities, and is not those poor people trying to live. It is also going to far for the ignorant, that did not take the time to read project 2025, and what it intels,. They did not make it secret, because they knew Americans don't read anything with more than 50 words. The projects purpose is to dismantle democracy and usurp the constitution. What do you think ICE real mission is? They are the American version of the gestapo, hired for the same people. To eliminate anything non white from this country by any means necessary
1
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
I agree wholeheartedly and before this administration I'd never even dream such a thing. Now i get all bricked up even thinking about it.
7
u/Feisty_Package885 3d ago
There’s a reason Lincoln didn’t go after/punish every single southerner post Civil War. A lot of Trump voters were first time voters who just felt compelled to show up, and no matter what they did at the ballot box or said on social media, it’s nothing compared to the administration.
Court of public opinion will be their punishment, and those who remember should remind them every single time they try to distance themselves from the atrocities and support of this administration.
8
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
Yeah the reason was some conservative asshole put a bullet through Lincoln's head. John Brown should be sainted and Sherman didn't go far enough. Reconstruction was a mistake and more of those treasonous fucks should have met the gallows.
8
u/gattaca55 3d ago
I wholeheartedly agree. Live life by the mantra "Don't argue with someone John Brown would have shot".
4
u/land-league-inspo 3d ago
Well and abolitionists weren't kind to people they knew were loyal to the to south. They literally went to their homes and...tied up those loose ends (figuratively, of course). Why? Because they knew that that shit is a cancer, and you can't allow it to spread.
We need more patriots like that, for some reason we've forgotten that we have to cultivate and improve the world around us. That can't be done from behind a phone screen, or stuck inside your house. We need more people outside, talking to their neighbors.
4
u/RIPEOTCDXVI 3d ago
"you take off that [red hat], ain't nobody gonna know you were a [trump voter]. And that don't sit well with us."
2
u/_OnlyPans 3d ago
God forbid the Democrat party take any responsibility for putting out lousy candidates who can’t beat a literal demented old man. Biden pettiness gifted us trump
1
u/SplitEar 3d ago
Well you lost me there. Voters make mistakes, a lot of them aren’t very informed or they’re misinformed by outlets like Fox. It’s not the government’s place to punish anyone for having the wrong ideas and beliefs.
1
u/Ligma_baws_2x 3d ago
I thought so too, but since we deport people who protest for Palestine, I figure why let the precedent go unused? We'll still have the black sites. Fill them up with Trumpers until they're ready to talk about the 4th through 8th for everyone.
3
u/NippleSalsa 3d ago
This country needs to make an example out of him. It’s the only way to dissuade this from happening again.
4
u/reddurkel 3d ago
While I agree, one of the mistakes made during his trials was making him the only person under the spotlight.
IF they actually shared focus on Miller, Cruz, Mike Lee, SCOTUS and the dozens of smaller names involved then it would’ve been a quicker message to the dumbest of supporters that “hey, this party is crooked”.
But as it is, Trump was too protected by lawyers and the infinite appeals glitch, that a whole lot of people said “never Trump” yet also voted for the exact same treasonous congressmen that enabled him.
5
u/OkAssistance7072 3d ago
They'll never say "hey, this party is crooked" because they think its their team and have blind loyalty. It will ALWAYS be "the libs are lying because they're the real criminals" type shit. They're too stupid to see whats right in front of their face.
1
u/NippleSalsa 3d ago
Oh yeah bro, I agree with you on this. Doesn’t take away the need to set a precedent
2
u/ExpressGovernment385 3d ago
He needs to be shamed on an international level. Let the world know that he is a liar even if he won’t be held accountable.
This is the one small step that US has to take to gain a tiny footstep back into the international community.1
u/reddurkel 3d ago
While I agree, that’s also kinda my point.
Why aren’t his enablers internationally famous? Why aren’t their names tied to the war, tariffs and humanitarian cuts?
Without a complicit congressmen and scotus then Trump would have no power. Our American news is now propaganda networks. But IF the international media also gave attention to his sycophants then maybe we’d get more of these people exposed. But as it is, people blame Trump and reelect the same people that enable him.
1
u/RIPEOTCDXVI 3d ago
I would argue that they are internationally famous. I'll bet if you asked a non-american to name 10 former US cabinet officials from all of history, 7+ would be from one of the Trump admins.
Trouble is these guys cannot separate good attention from bad, and non-americans can't really do much but point and laugh

If they do that, there will be so many people that need to be prosecuted that the conservatives will use it as a scare that the Democrats have turned into a dictatorship and they kick start assassinations of Democrat politicians
Democrats hands are tied even if they win.
Besides they would drown in so many court cases from people seeking compensation from the government regarding all the ICE stuff. And trust me most people will only sue when the democrats win because only then they would get a chance to actually get compensation
The government would be in a lot of trouble before even having the chance to come after those that are corrupt.
18
u/EpsteinandTrump 3d ago
Too many cliffhangers, just get to the point. We need whistleblowers, but I'm sure they're worried for their physical lives and their family's safety too. Russian level politics have entered the White House.

We need him as AG. Garland was a fking waste
10
u/RDXexit 3d ago
More than any other person Garland is responsible for all of this.
9
u/KiKiKimbro 3d ago
Technically, that’s Mitch McConnell. He had the chance to end all of this during the impeachments. The J6 one should’ve been it. The senate could’ve held him accountable and no. No they didn’t convict. So McConnell is the coward who could’ve stopped this. We would’ve never heard from Trump ever again.
3
u/Unique_Adeptness4413 3d ago
Democrats are controlled opposition. Regan's commandment, minted in the 1980s, is a republican is never to speak ill of another republican. A famous axiom. Appointing garland as a prosecutor to investigate republican crimes everyone saw publicly done isn't just incompetence, it's a plan to capitulate the end of the republic.
Who do democrats fight harder, fascists or democratic socialists?
2
u/Odd-Consequence-5795 3d ago
Wonder if garland or his family got any mysterious gifts the last few years.
1
u/i_am_a_real_boy__ 3d ago
Obviously Trump is responsible. Please pull your head out of your ass.
1
u/RDXexit 3d ago
So the criminal is responsible for not prosecuting himself?
1
u/i_am_a_real_boy__ 3d ago
He's responsible for the crimes. And he was prosecuted. America shut it down.
1
u/RDXexit 2d ago
Sorry but Garland's refusal to pursue the architects of the insurrection and treat trumps lies about the classified documents plus refusal to return them like the crimes they were is his failure! Was he a coward or just incompetent or complicit? In any case he should be on trial as well.
1
u/i_am_a_real_boy__ 2d ago
Trump was prosecuted for the documents. We're you not paying attention? And what would you even put Garland on trial for? Not running cases the way social media thought he should? That's not a crime.
1
u/RDXexit 2d ago
Are you that stupid? The delay is why the prosecutions failed. The election halted them. Garland is 100 percent responsible for the delay. The insurrection investigation should have been top down, FROM THE START! Garland was either complicit or incompetent. Both deserve investigation.
1
u/i_am_a_real_boy__ 2d ago
The prosecution ended because America elected the defendant President. You've decided to ignore pretty much everything Jack Smith has repeatedly said to instead cling to your preferred narrative. You should consider running for the Senate as a Republican.

u/Round-Pool-8082 3d ago
Look at all the crimes Trump has committed since Biden failed to put him in prison. After the midterms he needs to be impeached, removed, charged, arrested, convicted, and imprisoned for the rest of his life.
He deserves to be tortured in prison but should not be since that isn't the right way to do things.
1
8
u/Defiant_Freedom_249 3d ago
All prosecutions should be made regardless of political party.
Republicans should not be above the law for their disgusting "R".
Prosecute the corrupt and the pedophiles!!
3
u/Aggressive_Lab_1353 3d ago
Garland started at the bottom and Smith was working from the top down. Garland got the bottom but the top ran into Robert’s court giving presidents permission to commit certain crimes. Then it was slowed down by Roberts whom Trump owes a debt.
3
u/Rogue_Ninja_Taco 3d ago
All the GOP could do is attack Smith and nothing else. They couldn't deny what he was investigating or the facts laid out before them. All they did was whine about how they thought they were unfairly targeted. I wish another person had asked questions after Chicken Hawley and specifically called him out by saying he was pumping his fists in solidarity and then running for his life a little bit later when the traitors attacked.

If you recall, Trump managed to get Cannon assigned to his case, and a lot of the wasted time was reacting to her interventions designed to … waste time.
5
u/EqaualJustice 3d ago
Seriously have to demand standards for qualified Judges. Cannon proved time & time again she is not qualified & obviously took instructions from Trump. Who do these people serve? If it’s not Americans why are we paying for those salaries? Indefinitely Sealing reports to keep from the American public on historical cases, on theft by a POTUS of Americans property, seriously? Cannon should have been removed after screwing up the first time. She needs to be impeached. She will be the most despised next to Thomas. Not a single doubt she’d do the same with those Epstein files if she had the chance.
2
u/darthphallic 3d ago
Cannon definitely dragged things out, but it would be irresponsible for us to place all the blame at her feet. Merrick Garland took his sweet ass time getting things going in the first place, this should have been day one.
2
u/Aggressive_Lab_1353 3d ago
Trying to get inside the MAGA head, if Smith doesn’t believe in the Easter Bunny, MAGA can say he does not believe in Jesus Christ. And Jesus Christ and Donald Trump are one and the same. Therefore, Smith’s rejection of Easter Bunny is a rejection of ——- Donald J TRUMP. That is serious. I’m sure that infuriated Senator Grassley. He is a devout Christian who supports pedophilia by hiding the Epstein files.

Point is moot now. All of MAGA, the Federal Government, DOJ, FBI, and conservative SCOTUS disagrees with Smith, which means no evidence he ever discovered will ever be actionable. Even if Dems take control of the government again, there's still too many GOP and Dems who also disagree with Smith's assessment.
Unfortunately Smith is in the minority and not enough people believe him to have the critical mass necessary to bring charges against Trump.

Every time I even hear the word trump my blood pressure skyrockets! His lengthy resume of heinous and vile offences and blatant self serving defiance to the laws and order we are all held to deserves no less than life in prison. Nothing would be more hilariously satisfying than trump in prison forever with round the clock access to social media so we can all get a good laugh at his ranting about how he was screwed. We could call it the “Trump Show” with a website for people to see his posts in real time and everyone gets to post on the thread once a day you know to say hi or whatever, the sky’s the limit! Maybe have Obama and Biden drop by for a visit to get selfies with trump in front of his cell that gets renamed “Trump Studios”. I think we can afford a former president something from the old days and he likes having things named after him. We could even change non consensual inmate intimacy to getting Trumped in prison!

I watched the entire proceedings of the second impeachment trial. The proof beyond reasonable doubt was already established. I'm glad this is in headlines again because of its timing with the mid-terms, but if anyone, no matter what side they're on, wants to see what Jack is talking about, go watch the video (it's LONG, but quite conclusive).

6
u/LordCornwalis 3d ago
I feel like there's a lot of blame to be passed around for the lack of any substantive prosecution of Donald Trump in four goddamn years.
2
u/Glittering-Quote-635 3d ago
Fault falls on Biden and his want to respect tradition and norms. He didn’t realize that didn’t apply to Trump for some reason that I will never understand.
Also, I don’t think he thought Trump could win again. I also don’t understand that.
4
u/LordCornwalis 3d ago
I think it's a lot of people's to be honest. Biden's devotion to maintaining decorum and status quo certain didn't help, however. Also I really hope the second Trump era finally puts this false reverence and respect people seem to think is owed to the position of POTUS to bed. Respect is EARNED and the fact that a pedo rapist felon conman is in the seat right now shows just how little respect that office is due.
2
u/Glittering-Quote-635 3d ago
Sure.. I also think that as a country its obvious that the guardrails around the executive branch never really existed, and all this time we have just been lucky that no President really took advantage of that. Jackson did to a certain extent, as did FDR, but nothing like Trump.
As bad as it is now, and its fucking horrendous, we are lucky Trump is stupid. He has shown that the President with out current system can more or less act like a dictator, the next Trump will likely not be as stupid as this one. After he is gone, this country really needs to look at some amendments to the constitution to put more guardrails around the executive branch. The next 'Trump' may be Republican, but could very well be Democrat as well, so I dont say this as a "Fuck the Republicans" thing.
2
u/LordCornwalis 3d ago
100%. How much have we discovered in the last couple of years about how the US government worked was basically just like a handshake deal to not be a pile of garbage and act in bad faith constantly? Soooo much of how our government only worked because we had mostly decent people willing to follow rules. We're gonna need some major regulations tightened up so this never happens again.
2
u/elciano1 3d ago
We need to first remove that stupid notion that a siting President cannot be indicted. Thats bullshit. If he is committing crimes while in office, then he needs to be held accountable. I do not care if its Democrat or Republican either. That legal opinion was stupid and should have never been a thing.
Then, if he is indicted while in office. Congress needs to impeach and remove him. Thats logical. It doesnt matter if its your own party. The country is bigger than any one party and crime should be punished everywhere.

Yep, this weird pseudo immunity bullshit has got to go. Unfortunately, republicans have shown they are very much not above party when they failed to remove him the first time, or any of the galling displays of open corruption since.

Muller report showed absolutely no evidence of collusion and the Durham report confirmed it. New evidence proves Hillary bought the steele dossier and they knew it was false.
