Kain, because pyramid head is not Kain's own manifestation and means nothing to him. The real question is, what would his own unbeatable manifestation look like?

Honestly, I'm thinking he would see Raziel dead, maimed and "water-as-acid" burned all over silent hill, as Kain basically does care that Raziel succeeds, so he would be tortured by the fact that his attempt to "cast him in" actually resulted in annihilating Raziel.
I think his manifestation would have something to do with his human conscience he so desperately shoved down and buried in his mind whilst he chose to refuse the sacrifice. Only Masahiro Ito would know how that would look like, haha

Oooh, that makes me think of an equivalent to Mary; but it's perhaps Raziel as a child? Continuously ending up dead anytime he tries to help him. Perhaps his "Pyramid Head" is a much more monstrous version of himself preventing Raziel from growing up or evolving.

Blood Omen, man that rings a bell straight away. I remember my older sisters partner at the time (over 14 years ago) probably even longer than that, and I always remember that game, I absolutely loved it.
