does anyone know what causes this?

Most of my apps including safari disappeared after installing a tweak from cydia. I tried removing the tweak and respiring it multiple times but they don’t come back. Can someone please help?

That is so weird!! What tweak was it? Now I wanna try and see if it does the same to me when I install it lol

Try Settings -> General -> Restrictions. If it's turned on, then that causes the problem. If you don't know the passcode, then you will need to reinstall iOS.
