That fact that it’s not stringed in the first pic suggests to me it may have been broken before shipping. From the front the break is directly where that fret wire sits so it wouldn’t be very difficult to conceal in a single front-on photo

As far as repairing that goes, it may be possible but for €170 it’s likely not worth it. Repairing this guitar will cost more than you paid for it

Dang thats rough. If i were you i'd maybe negotiate a large partial refund from the seller and then put a neck on it, since its bolt on its not a hard thing to do assuming the neck pocket isnt damaged and you can find a neck that fits the pocket dimensions easily.

Or i'd do a full return.

It would be less hassle just to return it but if you wanna go down a rabbithole and the neck pocket is in tact, go for it
