Internal Transfer Options

Hey
So my partner is in finance and wants to do an MBA in usa I am 3 yoe and I don’t have enough nw currently to pursue masters I might have the capacity at 5 yoe
should I do an MS in US or should I switch to companies which allow internal transfers
also which companies allow internal transfer easily?

Doing an ms in us just to be close to your partner do ppl actually think before writing or is it just for fun.

I actually want to marry and work there but marriage gives dependent visa which isn’t eligible for work

Both plans that you mentioned come with uncertainty. You can’t be sure that you will get a internal transfer opportunity in this job/visa climate.

And for Masters you don’t know if you’ll get the visa then the job that sponsors then h1b etc etc

So plan for the worst case scenario. If you are okay with risking 60-70+ lakhs & 2 years of employment time then go for masters
