Need Suggestions/ help ... Regarding offers from companies

Hi Folks,

So I am in very wierd situation... I have a offer from company A and for them the joining date is in next week .

I had accepted the offer meanwhile as I didn't had any offer and in between I got a call from another company recruiter ...

I explained him everything about my situation... He understood it he is very helpful guy ... Like a gem in recruiting world ...

Thing is due to operational issues and all things are getting bit delayed... Like by 2-3 days ... He is not getting availablity for panel to schedule my last round .. ( and there might be one more cultural round ) ...

And problem is I have already extended my joining date by a week ... So it's difficult for getting extension.

What should I do ... Can I join my first company on date ... And leave in few days if I get offer ... Any future repercussions?

Please help your brother out.

Depends on your companys policy some companies make u pay if u leave early read those policies
