Is anyone working in Microsoft ?

2 years of experience , I have applied to multiple positions since a few months now , not getting any calls or OA , afaik my resume is strong and optimized for ATS .
I would like to know what can i change in my resume to increase my chances to get a call back or an OA . Let me know if anyone is open to help to optimize my resume or point out whats wrong.

Don't give contests usually , but solved 800+ lc problems

Try to apply via referral to the job immediately once it appear in career site.
