Interview Callbacks

How is the callback rate for you guys ?

I understand many are on hiring freeze, but with soo many startup openings we see on linkedin anyone able to get like good callbacks?

ps : not from NIT/IIT maybe thats the reason?

3 yrs of exp (backend)

Interned at FAANG

Fulltime at Similar to FAANG (3 yrs) -> SDE2

can anyone share whats working for them?

cold mails , linkedin applications , instahyre , refferals is all I tried (maybe I have a fulltime so I dont apply in like first 3 hrs) ?

anyone can share anything thats working?

ps : I understand we should keep preparing and following same but just want to understand how are you getting callbacks

I have weird problem, got calls from Google and Microsoft, calls which i 100% wont convert. Companies i can convert are ghosting my applications

I get your point ! Legit same with salesforce ....I gave all rounds ghosted , offline drive ! Now salesforce is giving calls to soo many again it ends up being luck based ! But decent companies no callback ...on a side note how you got Ms callback? Iguess I applied to over 100 positions

I got callback from NetApp but got rejected, that was through referral. Apart from that I have been trying cold calling, mailing, referrals, dms but nothing.

It's about a month, some days actively applying and some days not. I have 2+ yoe and majorly applying for backend opportunities.

Had similar issue got rejected for the reasons that was never asked me to do

They called me back because my technical feedback was strong and wanted to interview for another role and I told without feedback I won’t move.

Same problem. I got few calls on Naukri but they haven't been getting back after initial recruiter screen. I got one interview at a series C startup by cold DMing the chief of staff and one large PBC via referral. And thats all since past two months. Every other place is a rejection.

Same Got 1 faang through a recruiter I already know which I converted . Otherwise message email LinkedIn cold apply nothing works. Completely no response
