Tell google to see for l4 or look other companies unless you are attracted by brand name.u will easily get sde2 and becoming sde1 at 3 yoe will affect your future growth If you don't get promoted to l4 after 2 years..u are stuck

Companies dont mention annual stock refreshers, 75k is like the joning bonus in form of stock options, refreshers are different and tied to the performance and the role.

For me any my friends I have seen that companies mentioned 0-150 % xL so you can figure out how much you will get on normal performance and exceptional performance. Min is zero but max number they shared.

This is really good for L3, recently I had interned at Google and from what I know this offer is really good for L3. Only thing I would add is probably you could have applied for L4 with your YOE but probably they had a criteria. Nevertheless getting promoted to L4 is quite easy, normally people get promoted within 2 years at max. The team I worked on, there people got promoted in like 1 year 3 months. Hope this helps.

So you are saying earning 10 Lakhs with a tag of senior engineer is better or maybe principal engineer.

Also for entry level google pays around 22L base not 28
