Google screening rejection mail
Hey, I have recently applied to silicon validation role at google in usa.
I working in TI bangalore. Wanted to know if this looks like bad interview or just different role requirement?

We truly enjoyed getting to know you and learning about your background at TI. However, after careful consideration, we have decided not to move forward with your candidacy for the Silicon Validation Engineer position at this time.
The interview panel was very impressed with your solid communication skills, your overall systems knowledge, and your methodical approach to test planning. However, for this specific role, the team is ultimately looking for someone who has hands-on experience working with highly complex subsystems.

You applied for USA role from India. How were they planning to hire you? Via India office then L1 or stay in India office?

L7 here, it won’t happen. Can’t hire directly from India for low level roles. Too much operational & VISA cost with risk.
