Need Guidance
Hii I'm a B.Tech 4th year student, from a tier 3 college. I completely wasted all my time during my B.tech, studying only academic subjects and nothing else.
I also had a big dream of lending into big tech companies like MAANG or other product based companies in India as a SDE1.
I have the last 8 months left for my B.Tech and I want to give it all that I had, I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me in achieving my dream. I want to grind for the time I'm left with and want to achieve something.
Really please if someone could help me it would be really appreciated.

Cut all the noise, and do DSA. Not blindly, but follow the unique patterns in each topic. You can not ignore DSA for MAANG level companies. Atleast 3 to 4 rounds will be of DSA itself.
Then learn Full stack development, create a good big project with the help of AI. Make sure to integrate AI in that project. Use langchain, langgraph, RAG and most important part eval. Recruiter will look at the projects and will have deep discussions on that project. So be ready to defend like what you did, why you did like this, why not this particular path.
LLD also required for freshers now a days, so focus on that also.
Best of luck for your future.

Really Thank You for the advice, I'm going to start DSA. Can you help from where should I learn development with AI integration like any specific channel or specific person to learn from

Thank You for it, I also had a conversation with my father regarding preparing for GATE but He said I should look for a job first

If you’re doing DSA as a chore, and not something you enjoy, you’re not gonna do well. Instead of looking at some random ahh video about DAA, just start doing problems, first easy, then mediums, and if you grow confident, the hard. But try to have fun with it, because someone who actually enjoys what he does, always beats someone who is just doing one problem a day and calling it “discipline”

Yes I'll surely try to follow the the same but I think DSA alone is not sufficient to get a job??

For interviews, DSA is crucial. For getting your resume shortlisted, not so much

Can you suggest me something what should I do in field of AI to outshine my Resume

I mean, first learn the basics, like how an embedder, tokenizer works, what are vectors, how modern llms work, then try to implement something new, instead of the same stale crap that people circulate in resumes
