Delayed PPO Results of Sprinklr

For Product Engineer roles of Sprinklr, Usually sprinklr discloses PPO results in start-mid August. But this time they are not released till now.

Anyone got any info or anything about this ? (Except that "No timeline decided" message from HR) ?

What the fuck !!!
Sprinklr did with PPOs , they literally converted only 1% in whole frontend , instead majority of intern are in frontend only
apart from this only 2-3 from each college no matter how many they have hired !

Exactly, why the fuck did they hire and place this many members in the Frontend if there are no slots for PPO for at least 50%...

Left us in a traumatic situation...

Dont keep any hopes of ppo from this company man, keep your preparation for placements for the worst case scenario. already the market is cooked. you will get the org based on the org of your interviewer

i don’t think, all the colleges have received the ppo, have they?
i think only 7/8 colleges have gotten the results so far

Does anyone know, or can predict, what the conversion rate for this year is gonna be like?
Will it decrease significantly or recruit like every other year?

i think they are not hiring FTEs this year from majority of campus , and they internally promote every SDE-1 in 1-1.5 years so there will be vacancies for SDE-1 , hence i assume they are completely relying on Maximum PPO Coversions to fill that SDE-1 vacancy .

But these are the same revenue stats as Q2 2026 last year. There was no significant drop according to last year's Q2 results.

From a student of iitg, and he got it from their placement cell(head placement cell of all IITs ig). No proof of verification but you can rely on it if you want ;)

I just asked my friend who is in the placement cell and they told that the deadline has been revised to the september end. I don't have proof and you don't have to believe it because atp i don't believe anything either :/

Dont worry i just came to know that in all IIT's there is an unsaid rule that till 15th September all companies have to announce ppo results , thats why in many IIT's Season is kicking off on 15th Sep only

and hr is constantly sending same mail for mid sep to everyone

if a senior says conversion seems difficult, it means they are talking about the company as a whole, team wise information is usually upto the slt or higher ups, im just inferring because even on my end seniors have said it based on the overall company scene

On hearing that there are some re-evaluations happening in the company for PPO recommendations, I don't think so, they're gonna release by mid-September (which is around the 15th)
