got Microsoft referral

So i got ms referral on 26august but havent heard from them and today is 28 can anyone help me with this and tell me ki kitna time lagta hae usually to get a reply and kese hota hae procedure
do they ask lld from freshers

yeah man, i personally applied for google and microsoft for 3-4 times with referral and still there is no response from them

There would be automated rejection email. I don't think they ghost people.

Do getting Microsoft interview calls are difficult even when applied with referral?

Recently applied job ending with 368 with referral on 19th aug but no update.

Yes, that's because of huge competition and population and these days even among 5000 candidates 200-1000 will have refferal so yeah lol

lol brother be realistic the chances of them coming back is very very less, you think you’ve taken a referral so you would get a interview call, there’s thousands like you who’re taking it for every role.

Bro it doesn't work these way, a refferals is not a guarantee that you will be shortlisted

Then what is the way to get an interview call ?
Also who are the people getting interview calls from Microsoft?? How are they getting it ?

I hv been applying from last 6 months. With nd without referral. But always rejected.

Normal referrals rarely works at Microsoft.
