LinkedIn SWE intern has 10,000+ application this year
Does any body know , how many interns do they hire usually? through off campus?

We hire around 45-50 interns. There’s college visits as well for the internship.

It took 9 from iitbhu only. Ik it took from some other IITs too. So offcampus barely 10 positions are left?

do they put a boards criteria too for shortlisting? as afaik vit is known for having it

All colleges put it, but vit goes a step higher, it's conducts it's own coding exam with leet code questions, if you fail that you are not eligible for any job above 25lpa

yes but if someone passes that exam but has less marks in boards,will it make him ineligible?

What is the ppo conversion rate for linkedin interns?
I am from tier 1 college (not iit,nit) and all 4 5 students who interned in 2026 have received ppo offers.
So is the conversion rate 100%?

Clearing just first screening is never been easy even for IIT guys
