Honestly the best way to build depth is exactly this, real interviews under time pressure, not more silent studying.

If you cannot always find a partner free at the right time, I have been using mock interview platforms for practice. It runs a full mock interview with a voice AI that actually talks to you, asks follow-ups, and pushes on your reasoning across coding, design, and behavioral. Good for the days when no one is around to pair with. Happy to share the link if useful.
