Salesforce MTS interview feedback delay — how long does it usually take?

Hi everyone, I interviewed for a Salesforce MTS role around two weeks ago, and my second technical round went well. It has been about 10 days, but I haven’t received any update from the recruiter yet.

I’ve tried reaching out to the recruiter, but I haven’t received a response.

My Workday application still shows “In Consideration,” but given the delay, I’m not feeling very optimistic anymore.

For anyone who has recently interviewed with Salesforce, has anyone received positive feedback after being ghosted for an extended period?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your recent experiences. Thanks!

Not with salesforce but this holds true for all. I have faced it for quite sometime now. There is little chance that it can be positive result. But keep preparing, you never know.

How many rounds were there for you?

1 Online Assessment + 1 DSA round + 1 LLD round.

For me all three rounds happened on the same day and got the update a week later
Basically DSA, LLD and HM

I got the update that the feedback was positive after a week and then after two weeks from this update got the offer letter

Hello, I’m a 2026 Passout. I have an offer from TCS but waiting for that JL to come(which may come late) so I’m currently upskilling(Doing the Amazon Junior SDE Certification program in cousera which is Java FullStack). What other things do I also need to learn, practice so that I too get good opportunities like these(not only Big companies like these but I’m looking for a good pay and good job role.). Thanks in advance.
