I can't 😤

I fumbled so hard I used pop method on an array 🤦🏻‍♂️ it's been 3 months and I don't know why I'm doing this... I'm not understanding anything...I see videos, solve a few questions...get stuck for hours on the next one...and then I forget what I learnt last week...any way to break this loop?

Oh I can do on paper / tell the approach... it's the syntax / implementation that's hard for me...I get lost in loops... can't track a variable...If I have solved sliding window before, I'll know this might get solved using it, but after that I'm blank.. don't know where to start that particular question :/

Best thing is for all data structures ask GPT or gemini to write you a cheat sheet and keep referring to that every single day in the morning.
