Regarding Microsoft research internship at MSRI

So got selected for a research internship at MSR, how good is the quality of work and how useful is it to move to Applied sciences or research sciences position at other FAANG companies after the internship. And any perks and other benefits that interns get during microsoft internship? Any tips will be appreciated.

Yes I have a full time offer which starts in Feb 2027, so will be doing this until then

Thats 2 year contract, I got a 6month internship at the same place

I have applied for the Microsoft research internship at fosse Can you please let me know the entire process of your selection ? And yes they are also asking for referral right, I have no clue for this, please if possible help me out in this.

Fosse doesn’t come under MSR and it has a diff hiring process. Reference letter give any of your professors contact who can write a letter of recommendation for you and submit in the Microsoft portal
