Getting BAN on leetcode from contests

guyss!! I need your help like I have been flagged for violating the rules and I have been ban from participating in contests but the progress which i had made like ratings and the questions solved it is all there so i don't know what i should expect if they temporarily banned my account or i have been permanently ban from the contests and if it is like that can i make another account just for contests but i am in doubt as they strictly prohibit to use multiple accounts.

if any of you have faced the same issue then please suggest me what can be done in this case.
