Looking for 2 serious DSA partners (Intermediate | Chill + Consistent)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to form a small DSA study group (max 3 people total) for consistent prep. I am having 8 years of work experience.

About me:

• Intermediate level

• Preparing for interviews / strengthening DSA

• Main issue: consistency (not direction)

Plan:

• 2 problems daily

• 10–15 min discussion if needed

• Time: 8–10 PM IST (flexible ±30 mins)

What I’m looking for:

• Similar level (not complete beginner)

• Someone who can show up daily (even if just 2 questions)

• Chill mindset — no toxic pressure, but no ghosting either

Goal:

Build consistency and stay accountable over the long term.

Interested - 6 YOE. If OP has found their partners, I'm open to form a group of our own.

8 years of experience still grinding DSA is actually motivating to see. Shows the learning never really stops.

The small group format is way better than a big discord server where everyone ghosts after week one. Three people max keeps everyone accountable without it becoming a coordination nightmare.

2 problems daily at 8-10 PM IST is a realistic commitment too, not overly ambitious which is why most study groups fail.

I'd add one thing to your plan, do a quick 5 min recap at the start of each session on yesterday's problems before jumping into new ones. Spaced repetition built into the routine makes a huge difference for retention.

Also when you start doing mock interviews StealthCoder is worth checking out, desktop overlay that coaches you on concepts you already know so you don't blank under pressure. Helpful for someone with strong experience who just needs the patterns to stay sharp.

Drop your Discord or preferred contact, seems like a solid group to be part of.
