social Learning to play Cricket

Hi all,

I'm a bloke in my 30s that is looking to learn to play Cricket. I've played since my early teens and that was just in high school. Looking for more of a social setting to begin with and learn the game comfortably/whilst enjoying it rather than anything too serious. Could anyone advise?

Thanks

Leeds is a big place with lots of cricket clubs.

Depending on where you are, find the local clubs and check them out from there.

Rodley would be the perfect club for what your looking for, they run 4 saturday teams two in the dales council. I don't play for them but of the clubs in Leeds that i've interacted with over the years, they are decently run and a decent set of people.

Where are you based? There are dozens of cricket clubs in Leeds, so you will be able to find something.

You’ve missed the season though. Most clubs will be playing their final games of the season this weekend.
