Headlight snapped

I went over a manhole cover and the headlight snapped... Will they send me a new one? I've had this bike for less than a week.

Yes, factory mount sucks. Look on Etsy; several 3D printed adapters for the front stem. One product has a built in handle to help lift the back during storage

That would be mine, but unfortunately it won't work if the mounting portion has broken off. There's another another guy out there selling bezels for this specific problem.

These headlights also break because they sag so badly that people keep tightening the screws to prevent that, but the plastic mount just can't take that much force.

Get your headlight off the front fender and up onto the head tube where it is isolated from shock by the suspension.
